Absolutely loved this property. The food, staff, and amenities were fantastic. My kids especially enjoyed the night film in the pool area. My husband and I enjoyed the poolside bar snd speakeasy. Would recommend to anyone. Can't wait to come back.

Very close to universal. Lovely pool area with movies around the pool. Only down side is $100 a night deposit when staying there but this does get refunded

Air conditioner broken in my remodled garage room.

Air conditoner not working. Walls were concrete. Looked like they had remodled the garage to make room. My room was a remodled garage. Noisy, and rude clientele.

Excellent as always

Staff is always super friendly. Great drinks. Love the street tacos. Always like the decor. Love that the Front Porch is right there and it’s rare that we have to wait very long. It’s my “go to” hotel when we go to Universal Studios.

The property leaned into the vintage theme and the decor was representative of that. There was a cute hotel boutique and parking spots were fairly easy to find. The additional fees and taxes will definitely add up and the staff did not charge the correct room rate which took much longer than I thought it should to resolve. I’m hoping it will be reflected on my credit card soon.
