I really enjoyed both legs of the trip with the airline. Their terminal however, sucks. Very confusing.
The first class seats were a bit uncomfortable. Need extra padding
The video entertainment sound system was not working for my seat. They rebooted it, but it still remained difficult to hear.
Nice quick quiet flight
Awesome on HNL departure but after arrival at LAX, terrible airport and service
Staff were great
We were disappointed that our initial flight was delayed and I believe, eventually cancelled. We lost a full day in Hawaii, I was on the phone with our rental car company for over an hour trying to get a refund and a new rental car, ect. The staff was very friendly and helped with new flights, so that was definitely the good part!!
i really appreciate the service all the flight attendants provided
We couldn’t get connection to watch movies
