Inflight crew beyond outstanding.
All went smoothly
Luggage lost but will get it later
Very pleasant flight and friendly crew, the other carriers should take lessons. Flying can still be enjoyable
No food offered
Dude. Awesome flight. Not sure I can ever fly commercial again.
I really enjoyed both legs of the trip with the airline. Their terminal however, sucks. Very confusing.
It was cold on the plane
The only thing about the plane is that they had the AC on full blast and it felt so cold inside the plane. Next time room tempature should be more warmer.
The first class seats were a bit uncomfortable. Need extra padding
Always nice flying with Hawaiian Airlines
