Actually early arrival on a Friday night. Amazing.
The TSA staff are a little rude, given it was 4am but the airplane staff didn’t help very much when the lady saw I was struggling to put my bag up. I don’t know they’re life stories but it wouldn’t kill them to be a little nice.
Seats are way too small. Very uncomfortable. Otherwise, good trip.
I’ll need to indicate that I use a cane
Glad you had a seat getting out of Raleigh when southwest cancelled us!! Thank uou!!
What a pleasurable Trip
Most satisfying experience - flight on time, easy boarding and check-in process.
The lead flight attendant, a man with a European accent, was the best flight attendant I have experienced. He was sharp, friendly, professional, and directive without being rude or condescending.
Seats were a little hard.
Flight was delayed and almost lost my second flight
Staff was very friendly in finding me a new flight to keep me somewhat on schedual
AA staff at the airport conter were very unfriendly. Flight was cancelled and they offered little info, were rude, and made everyone wait around for nothing.
American airline is doing on the cheap and it shows in poorly maintained unreliable aircraft
I didn’t even make onto the flight since I would have missed my connection so I had to cancel my trip.
The flight was delayed and no reason given until we were on the plane and the pilot explained that the crew needed to eat.
Connection gate opposite side airport AA arrive gate A. Next flight out of gate F. Mechanical failure on flight delay 3 hours
because of the American airline employee at the gate in philly, I had missed my connecting flight. they did put me on another flight, 4 hrs later. stuck at shitty philly airport for 4 hrs SUCKS. I will not be flying with American airlines again nor will I fly into shitty philly ever again.
2.5 hr delay no refreshments, although stated adult beverage would be complimentary, no jetbridge, had to get off using airstairs (slightly wet)...
