Walked in to a run down lobby that smells strongly of weed. Everything is dirty and stained, baseboards were ripped off the hallway. I can't imagine when the last time any of the floors were vacuumed. Check in staff was fine but wouldn't let us shorten our stay. The person the next morning did, though. The floor we we're on was loud at 3am with blasting music. The bathroom had mold in the corners. Everything fabric had stains and the room floor was also not vacuumed. It is not worth the few dollars you would save. Go to the Hampton next door.

This hotel makes me just sit and wonder what happened. I am at a complete loss for words. The first thing that went wrong when pulling up to the hotel, there was NO PARKING. NONE. No where to park my car. Then, the woman at the desk was so confused and lost at what she was supposed to be doing a simple check in took 30 minutes. The line was so long. Then, the hotel was dirty. Someone was sleeping in the hallway on the way to the room and my bathroom was disgusting. I cleaned it myself. The carpet throughout the whole hotel was stained and gross. It smelled like someone was smoking weed in the hallways. Someone tried to get into my room twice while I was in there and when I reported my room being broken into, the lady stated it it was kids who lost their room numbers because that happened last week. Just a complete loss for words.

the hotel staff were very nice and accommodating. the hotel just needs a little TLC. the room was clean, but the sink was a little backed up, and the tub dripped. the heat/AC worked fine and the room was comfortable, it just needs some repairs. all in all, not a bad location and the price was good.

This hotel stay was a dissapointment. The elevator was not clean. The hallway carpet flithy and we saw a mouse in our room. The shower head had mildew gathered around the rim of to shower head.

Hotel room had limited amenities (ie shampoo but no conditioner, no coffee pot, hair dryer only worked on one speed). Lobby looked unfinished. The computer for guests to print boarding passes was archaic and had no working printer. The pillows were not comfortable

Really friendly people. Great to have an airport shuttle, even in the middle of the night.

Paper thin walls and floors hear every move plus air conditioner sounded just like sirens all night

You hear every sound upstairs across the hall adjoining room and air conditioner that squeals all night plus charged for parking

When I got to my room, I found hair in the sink, and on my pillows. The bathroom towels were dirty and had not been washed. When explained what happened and asked for another room I got a one sentence acknowledgement with no apology: "Okay I'll get you another room." When I took the airport shuttle then next morning, the driver put his hand out for a tip once he gave me my bags. I'm all about tipping, but the way in which he assumed and aggressively put his hand out was crazy. It was an awful experience all the way through.

We checked in late since our flight came in around midnight. We got to our room and noticed there were bugs crawling on the ceiling. They were these huge centipede looking bugs. We asked to be switched rooms, and they were happy to do so. We entered our new room, and we come to find....MORE BUGS! We went down into the lobby again to cancel our whole reservation, and not only did they have bugs crawling on the ceiling in their lobby, but they refused to refund us our money! We couldn't have been in the hotel more than an hour, and they said that because we already checked in, a refund could not be issued. I'm battling them until I receive a full refund. Do NOT stay here!!!!

It may not matter but, booked my room about 3-4 days prior to my stay. I drove 2.5 hours and I expected to be able to check right in and take a quick nap, go out to enjoy the city, and then go to a concert. Unfortunately, I waited to be checked in for about 30-40 minutes. That was pretty disappointing because there was only to guests in front of me. When I got to the room, it became obvious that the room wasn’t thoroughly cleaned. The sheets were dirty, floors, there was a white stain on a decor pillow, a dirty mirror, bathroom counter & sink. The room did not smell fresh at all. However, the lady did give me a new room. I had to go downstairs to wait in line for about 20 more minutes or so just to exchange my old room key for a new room key.

We will never go back there. We found a mouse in our room and the room smelled like a dog house. Not very friendly staff.

Good Value,Close to Airport and they have a shuttle, Friendly people,

Close to the airport. Always use Embassy Suites. Comfortable, spacious and convenient

The entire staff was friendly and helpful, if I ever get stranded in Philly again I want to stay here again.

I made my reservation on line and received a confirmation. When I arrived the front desk person informed me that no matter what the confirmation said, he was not able to accommodate me at that rate. To get a room, I had to pay additional. I paid. I also let Orbitz know. The next day I got an email from a Orbitz saying they had tried to contact the hotel and no one was answering. That was over a month ago and I still have not heard back from Orbitz. This is not the quality of service I expect from Orbitz. Very disappointed and am questioning if I will use this service again. This is deceptive business.

Ac could have n better. Was not sure how to let water out. From bathroom sink drain.

They have good service and I was happy for the time I stay there .

At first, we thought the hotel seemed great. The room looked and smelled clean. The only problem seemed to be that there was not a coffee maker as stated on the website. While we were out for a couple of hours at our concert, mice helped themselves to the food that was on my bed. When the hotel staff was notified, they apologized and told me to speak with the manager before checking out. The manager also apologized and said he could not give me a refund because I booked through Orbitz.com. I contacted Orbitz customer service and after waiting a week for the response they said would be within 24 hours, they informed me the hotel manager approved a "$20 refund for my inconvenience." Mice are not an inconvenience!

Wonderful stay. Its was a great environment their staff are so helpful to visitor. I appreciate that.
