Excellent staff went out of their way to help us when our flight was canceled. They picked us up at the airport, let us use the room even though we had checked out and brought us back for our replacement flight. Thank you.

“Stay away from this hotel! The room was filthy, with bed bugs crawling everywhere, and a stench so bad it made sleeping impossible. Despite complaints, they never bothered to clean or address the issue. Absolutely disgusting and unacceptable!”

Hotel desperately needs a refresh
I really wanted to like this hotel, and I was hoping the other reviews were just annoyed customers... Unfortunately they were right. This hotel has seen much, much better days. The inside is tired looking, the rooms in dire need of a deep clean, decorative refresh and some essential repairs. Getting a shuttle is shambolic, I was waiting in the airport hotel shuttle area for about 70 minutes and nothing. Called them and no reply. Called them through Hotels.com for the staff to ask me where I need collecting from. When I said "Bus Stop 4 international arrivals", they wanted more information and got annoyed when I explained I had no idea other than that of where I was. I got an Uber for $20 and was done with it. Breakfast was nice though. WiFi was fast and free. If you want a nice hotel then this place probably isn't for you, if you just was a not so cheap dirty mattress to crash on, then it might be. Don't take your partner though, unless you want to be mocked mercilessly for booking a dodgy hotel.

This property has really turned things around since my last visit a couple of years ago. The grounds are well maintained, the staff very welcoming and the rooms are spotless. Ideal option for an overnight stay, very close to the airport and with good transportation links in addition to the hotel's shuttle. Will definitely be staying again next time I'm flying through Philadelphia.

I live in the area but had an early flight so wanted to stay close to the Philadelphia airport. This was perfect. Easy check in and nice staff. The shuttle to the airport runs all night. The room was a. it small and no premium channels, but clean and big enough for my needs.
