We will never go back there. We found a mouse in our room and the room smelled like a dog house. Not very friendly staff.

Good Value,Close to Airport and they have a shuttle, Friendly people,

Close to the airport. Always use Embassy Suites. Comfortable, spacious and convenient

The entire staff was friendly and helpful, if I ever get stranded in Philly again I want to stay here again.

I made my reservation on line and received a confirmation. When I arrived the front desk person informed me that no matter what the confirmation said, he was not able to accommodate me at that rate. To get a room, I had to pay additional. I paid. I also let Orbitz know. The next day I got an email from a Orbitz saying they had tried to contact the hotel and no one was answering. That was over a month ago and I still have not heard back from Orbitz. This is not the quality of service I expect from Orbitz. Very disappointed and am questioning if I will use this service again. This is deceptive business.

Ac could have n better. Was not sure how to let water out. From bathroom sink drain.

They have good service and I was happy for the time I stay there .

At first, we thought the hotel seemed great. The room looked and smelled clean. The only problem seemed to be that there was not a coffee maker as stated on the website. While we were out for a couple of hours at our concert, mice helped themselves to the food that was on my bed. When the hotel staff was notified, they apologized and told me to speak with the manager before checking out. The manager also apologized and said he could not give me a refund because I booked through Orbitz.com. I contacted Orbitz customer service and after waiting a week for the response they said would be within 24 hours, they informed me the hotel manager approved a "$20 refund for my inconvenience." Mice are not an inconvenience!

Wonderful stay. Its was a great environment their staff are so helpful to visitor. I appreciate that.

The beds are cheap and very uncomfortable. The shower was dirty and I acquired athletes foot. The carpets in the hallways were FILTHY!! The so called "breakfast" was terribly disappointing. The only had cold cereal and bagels. I will NEVER stay there again!

Hotel was being renovated. None of the employees acknowledged being under construction or tried to apologize for what is a major inconvenience. Breakfast options were pitiful. Would never go back

Construction everywhere and mess not separated from eating area. Most disturbing was that they copied my driver's license at check in "for security" and promised me that it would be returned at check out. At check out the staff denied that there was a copy. It was returned to me after repeated insistence. Then staff could not give me a copy of my bill. ugh. It was inexpensive.

The place was a mess its under construction. My room had a awful smell. Had to get some air freshener and ferbrez

They had blocked the handicap room for me even though I didn't request it. I was in a walking boot. The extra room make it very comfortable for me.

its very clean and stuff are friendly . breakfast is not that bad. overall is clean and comfortable.

Hotel under construction, smelled of cigarette smoke in hallways.

It really is sad that this hotel, which is so conveniently located, is in such poor repair and is so badly maintained. I arrived while construction was underway, but there is really no excuse for using construction as the reason that you decideed not to vacuum the halls, throw away trash, do some of like paint touchups in the halls that are not under construction, etc. Many of the staff here are lovely, but the place just looks like a dump. And it's not just because of the construction, it's because people don't bother cleaning it regularly. Also breakfast was disappointing. There was no water, and the juice was highly concentrated. Offerings included stale bagels, pre-wrapped muffins, oranges, apples, instant oatmeal, and some dry cereal that was labeled as being Kelloggs brand but which was clearly generic cereal. On the plus side the shuttle driver was friendly and arrived quickly. There was no laundry room, which was one of the main reasons I booked this hotel as I was delayed and had no clean clothes to wear the next day, so I had planned to wash them. According to the front desk of the laundry room will be reopened when they finish their construction. It would've been helpful had they told me this when I called several hours earlier to book the room, and asked if they had laundry facilities.

convenient shuttle low parking rates reasonable nightly rate for area hotel was being renovated so can not fairly rate it

No relaxing room furniture. Only one chair in room and it was not comfortable. Room too small to accommodate any comfortable lounge chairs.

Hotel was nice. Undergoing renovations but very clean and the staff was friendly. We got a room upgrade since we requesting a handicapped accessible room and had a room with a regular tub but the front desk employee upgraded us to a room with a roll in shower which was great and much easier for me. Breakfast was a little disappointing but overall we had a great experience and would stay there again
