Travelers should know that there is no shuttle until 5 AM (except on Friday and Saturday). We had to call—and pay for—a cab in order to make our early morning flight. Had not known about this when making the reservation!

The beds were very comfortable. The rooms had a musty smell due to the humidity and the window never being opened, but the only real issue I had here was the guy at the front desk was very conformational. He argued with three guest in a row. One had a dirty room and he accused her of trying to get a free room. She just asked to be changed to a clean room. I had reservations for four people they only gave us three towels and asked for a fourth he didn’t want to give me another towel. Very unsatisfactory professionalism and courtesy. I wasn’t expecting a five star hotel as I knew what I was paying for, but I have stay at many other Microtels that had courtesy staff and didn’t argue with paying customers.

Basic dirty hotel not for families. Desktop person never answered the phone when I needed a ride from airport. It took us hours to get someone in the phone, until I called icrotel corporation. Horrible service in general, even for a cheap hotel.

I like the convenience of the location

What didn't you like: Smoke in 3rd floor hallway that passed to our 1st floor room (people smoking?), dirty laundry room, worn out carpets with stains in hallway and our room, etc.

A dated hotel that has not been kept up. Small but serviceable room, not much sound-proofing. Used towels on the bathroom floor when we arrived, mildew in the picture hanging on the bedroom wall, trash all along the hallway, check-in desk clerk seemed to be in another world.

A great place to stay if you are flying out of PHL. The shuttle to the airport was wonderful. I paid $10 per day for the park and fly. The shuttle on the way from the airport back to the hotel was not so great. The driver locked himself out of the van several times and did not help with our bags at all. Overall a good place to stay for the price.

No microwave or fridge and room so little only had walking room

El personal, no es muy amable

Please be careful when booking with Microtel. Microtel at Ridley Park is beautiful, clean , and well worth your hard earned money. Microtel at Tinicum….. Dirty !!!! , the smell hits you in the face when you come through the door , roaches , no lobby furniture , prostitution , drug attic’s , not safe!!!! Please make sure you’re careful with making your reservations with Microtel because if it doesn’t say Ridley behind its name , then it’s not the right hotel that you want to go to believe me. I made that mistake and as a result , I canceled my reservation for five days and repaid monies to stay in the Microtel at Ridley. No I don’t have money to waste and yes I was very upset however, I’d rather have a peace of mind and be in a healthy and clean environment then to put myself in a situation staying in such a filthy place.

Did not like anything. Came in and the lobby had just been cleaned with Fabulouso and I felt like my throat was going to close up. Could smell it from my room down the hall. Hair in the tub. No coffee pot in room. Just dirty and not at all worth the money. Splurge a little and go to the Hampton Inn right next door.

Run down, really in need of some renovations.

My friend & I stayed here before with no problems. This time has caused us to look elsewhere. The check in process was long. Once they had the paperwork and my credit card for parking overnight, we were told to go place the placard on my friend's car and come back later (as in go grab food and come back). Weird but ok, we went outside, placed the placard in her car and came right back in. When we did come back in, he was giving another guest a hard time about needing quarters for laundry. She nicely said she was doing laundry and there's no working coin machine. Not only was he rude to her but he also carried on about it after she left. We were told the shuttle to/from the airport runs 5 am-11pm. We said oh okay, call before 11 and we can get a ride? No objections and he even asked when our flight was getting back to confirm timing. Room was fine. Nothing special. Found out later the place did go through renovations sometime between Jan 2019 (when we had last stayed) and this trip (oct 2021). It really didn't seem like it but we were there only overnight so not a big deal. Would have liked a mini fridge though. The gentleman who drove us to the airport was great. Sadly, he was not the one who picked us up. I called at 10:55. They said it stops at 11 but he'll come get us. First thing out of his mouth was my shift ended at 11. Piece of advice- if the shuttle needs to end at 11, tell guests last call is 10:45. Had they done that, I'd make other arrangements.

Not clean, understaffed and the airport shuttle never showed up

Building was a little run down , fresh coats of paint are needed, and most of the doors Including my bathroom door we’re hard to close
