It’s like a nursing home. I wouldn’t recommend staying.

The beds looked clean, but the rest was not satisfactory.

Stayed in this hotel from Feb 7th to the 9th. I was put into a smoking room which was all that was available at the time but I was told I could switch to a non-smoking room after my first night's stay. When I asked to switch rooms on the 8th, I was flat out denied without any attempt at accommodating my request. I am not a smoker and those rooms smelled horribly. I knew there were rooms available just by doing a simple online search and seeing they had non-smoking availability. When I brought this to the front desk's attention the attendant went into the back to talk to her manager, Mr. Paresh, who told her to refuse my request. When I told her that I was surprised at the lack of customer service she asked if I wanted to talk to her manager to which I replied yes. She walked into the back office, where I could plainly see Mr. Paresh not very busy at all, and came back after a few moments to tell me that he was unavailable! And I could easily see him in the office! Do yourself a favor and stay far far away from this hotel. You'll be happy that you did.

An okay place to stay. Staff a little surly. Breakfast pretty meager.

Your Hotel was great but would never set foot in your city again. Very RUDE people. Were treated very badly.

It was ok I didn’t like the staff they were rude and no help other then that I guess it was ok oh and there were stains on the bed and blankets

they took a long time to pick me up at the airport. the driver said that he had been there, but i was not there. he probably went to the wrong terminal to pick me up.

People fighting outside. Hookers waiting by the doors. Black hairs on the white towels. Just flat out nasty.

Nice, quiet, just went for the room in because I was flying out of Philly in the morning. Like I said tiny rooms, but cute.

Decent hotel a seven-minute drive to PHL. Courtesy shuttle operates 24-hours on the half hour. Driver took me early as no one was waiting. Return trip took a half-hour for pick up, but I was grateful for the ride. Hotel staff could not have been nicer. Interior needs updating which may be why some areas didn’t look as clean. Breakfast cereals, bagels, muffins, oatmeal and coffee/tea/juices complimentary but area needs to be kept more tidy. A basic utilitarian decor but that’s why you are not paying top dollar. Bed & pillows were comfy. Would stay here again.

Room matches a 4 starts hotel, 5 min walking from the airport line station, which is great for who ever needs to get to the airport, but very far away from the center (you could get with it to the center which would cost 6.5$ a way which is very expensive if you do it regularly). There is no really any stores next to the hotel to buy food and any other kind of stuff. Other then that the people of the hotel were very nice and tried to help with each question we had, and gave us very helpful tips. Besides that the hotel gave us an continental breakfast which was very nice. Overall very good hotel with a great value.

Walked in to a run down lobby that smells strongly of weed. Everything is dirty and stained, baseboards were ripped off the hallway. I can't imagine when the last time any of the floors were vacuumed. Check in staff was fine but wouldn't let us shorten our stay. The person the next morning did, though. The floor we we're on was loud at 3am with blasting music. The bathroom had mold in the corners. Everything fabric had stains and the room floor was also not vacuumed. It is not worth the few dollars you would save. Go to the Hampton next door.

This hotel makes me just sit and wonder what happened. I am at a complete loss for words. The first thing that went wrong when pulling up to the hotel, there was NO PARKING. NONE. No where to park my car. Then, the woman at the desk was so confused and lost at what she was supposed to be doing a simple check in took 30 minutes. The line was so long. Then, the hotel was dirty. Someone was sleeping in the hallway on the way to the room and my bathroom was disgusting. I cleaned it myself. The carpet throughout the whole hotel was stained and gross. It smelled like someone was smoking weed in the hallways. Someone tried to get into my room twice while I was in there and when I reported my room being broken into, the lady stated it it was kids who lost their room numbers because that happened last week. Just a complete loss for words.

the hotel staff were very nice and accommodating. the hotel just needs a little TLC. the room was clean, but the sink was a little backed up, and the tub dripped. the heat/AC worked fine and the room was comfortable, it just needs some repairs. all in all, not a bad location and the price was good.

This hotel stay was a dissapointment. The elevator was not clean. The hallway carpet flithy and we saw a mouse in our room. The shower head had mildew gathered around the rim of to shower head.

Hotel room had limited amenities (ie shampoo but no conditioner, no coffee pot, hair dryer only worked on one speed). Lobby looked unfinished. The computer for guests to print boarding passes was archaic and had no working printer. The pillows were not comfortable

Really friendly people. Great to have an airport shuttle, even in the middle of the night.

Paper thin walls and floors hear every move plus air conditioner sounded just like sirens all night

You hear every sound upstairs across the hall adjoining room and air conditioner that squeals all night plus charged for parking

When I got to my room, I found hair in the sink, and on my pillows. The bathroom towels were dirty and had not been washed. When explained what happened and asked for another room I got a one sentence acknowledgement with no apology: "Okay I'll get you another room." When I took the airport shuttle then next morning, the driver put his hand out for a tip once he gave me my bags. I'm all about tipping, but the way in which he assumed and aggressively put his hand out was crazy. It was an awful experience all the way through.
