it was much closer to independents hall then it said it was like 100 feet it was nice you can hear the centennial bell ring every hour

Love the location for someone looking to embrace the culture of Philadelphia. I was surprised on the size of the room (kinda small for cost). The shower was oddly designed with the glass and there was no way preventing the water from the shower to not get on the floor other than covering the entire floor with towels. I think that could potentially be a hazard to someone. Also, no ventilation fan in the bathroom so with the small area, every mirror was fogged up which was a slight inconvenience when trying to get ready. Beautiful atmosphere and nice choice of decor!! Again, location was ideal!!!

Rooms were well appointed. Service was good, but line for reception was long and slow. They do not have a Tesla charger.

I really liked the style of the hotel. It's not the bland décor of large chains. Great location in the historic area of Philly.

Perfect location. Red owl tavern on site was awesome in every way. Great rooftop deck. Beautiful rooms. Love this hotel! Wish we could have stayed longer

If you like great style and decor then this hotel is definitely for you. With that said we were a little surprised at how worn the furnishings in the room were. Part of the desk chair foam was literally missing leaving a hole in it. The carpet was also quite worn. The mirror detailing around the headboard on both beds was cracked in multiple places. Still, it was a visually beautiful room. Myself and a couple friends used the room to get ready for a performance that night so we didn't actually sleep in the room, but just for lounging on the bed I can tell that they were much too soft for my liking... Of course I would take a soft bed over a rock hard one any night. Overall the property was clean and the common areas were especially lovely. The managers wine social in the lobby was an absolutely wonderful touch.

Beautiful rooms. I’ve stayed here twice and both times were great! Lovely amenities, like the infused water. And free wine hour💕

The hotel was very centrally located as per our needs. The room was clean and neatly made up. The fabric on the couches in the main lobby seemed to be breaking/ripping a bit, but this was not that big of a deal. The staff was very kind and helpful.

Great Hotel, The staff went above and beyond. I will be going back.

I have nothing bad to say about this hotel. Everything was wonderful. Great location, restaurant, staff, accommodations, and bar. Had an awesome time and would definitely stay again.

Great location, very comfortable bed and pillows, helpful concierge.

The bathroom didnt have a fan. Evrything else was greatl.

Absolutely amazing hotel! Beautifully decorated and the staff are very helpful and friendly!
