Extremely Dirty

I am attaching pictures of how dirty and dusty the room was. Microwave was extremely dirty, dresser and nightstand covered in dust. Mirror had toothpaste on it. Shower was extremely dirty.

Pittsburgh hotel

This was a great hotel for a trip to see family. Electronic check in was easy, the room was very clean, and the location is great. Our room was small but we knew we wouldn’t be there much. Larger options are available. They are working opening a bar and restaurant, so we are excited to come back and see that.

The suite was spacious and the bathrom was as promised - large soaking tub and separate walk-in shower. The room had large windows but had light blocking curtains. Bed was super comfy. Staff was always helpful and very responsive via text. I was able to find free parking on a nearby street for the whole week. Will definitely be returning.

Sweetest hidden gem

This is the cutest retro style hotel room in a beautiful historic building. Thoughtfully appointed with unique decor and elevated touches including nice linen, feather pilllows and the like. Small but feels spacious with high ceilings and convenient, functional furniture. My stay was quiet, relaxing and felt special. No problems with the contact free check in

The rooms are beautiful and uniquely designed, they have a touch of modern design inside a historical building. The rooms have high ceilings and tall windows There is wide range of restaurant options all in walking distance and an convenient parking lot (paid) close by. I would recommend The Maverick as a nice place to stay on the east side Pittsburgh.

Pretty solid option

Fine stay for a week of work. However, i was a little thrown with no on site maid service…didn’t love coming back to an unmade bed and fresh towels. Wasn’t sure how to get them. Lots of construction happening in the lobby that i wasn’t aware of and the parking was a little complicated. Bed was super comfy and the electronic entry and self check in was nice.

The wall controller for air was confusing. Decent view from 3rd floor window. I was comfortable the whole time. The very small microwave was kept very close to the floor. I'm a large adult so that was weird.

This is the first time I've visited, The Maverick by Kasa. THIS Spot 🔴 is 💯 My ✋ Vibe. I am love with the large windows and the high ceilings in my room. I love the colors and textures it's just fabulous. The energy in this hotel is AMAZING 😍. I do believe it is an Old 🗝️ YMCA, can you only imagine how many people this facility has helped over time ⏳. I do believe there are some renovations in process. I entered very quickly because I couldn't wait to get comfy and cozy in my spot 😁. I briefly discussed with one of the employees here about a future bar area possibly. The architecture is again, AMAZING 😍. If they use a automated front desk system, you're able to text your requests. So far I love it. The Maverick by Kasa is located in East Liberty Pennsylvania. This area is ancient and the vibes are real. There are so many churches in this area the architecture blows my mind 🌬️🍃🧠✅. You literally have access to everything. Right next to this hotel is the public library. This hotel is accessible by the Pittsburgh Public Transportation, PRT. If it's not in East Liberty it's just a hop skip and a jump away on one of the local buses. As always, what's that quote⁉️... A picture 🖼️ is worth a thousand words... ~ Confucius and many others

I stay here all the time and it’s always great. This particular room however it’s the best and just had some issues. The lighting was very dark compared to other rooms. The tv was hanging off the wall but facing downwards instead of mounted. One of the outlets was competed exposed with the cover hanging off. It had a smell. It just wasn’t to their usual standard so I was bummed about that when I reached out to Kasa, they responded but didn’t do anything. It would’ve taken 5min to just move me to another room. I normally give the best review and I especially love the people who manage the building during the day. This is solely about my disappointment at the corporate level.
