Cool space!

The concept of a remotely managed hotel with no local staff seems to work, until something goes wrong in the building and they start sending threatening messages to all guests at the same time. There was a fire alarm during our stay due to construction works on one of the floors and we got noise sensor warnings with the threat of terminating our stay ad $500 fines...

The room was clean and spacious, easy to check in and check out. nice quiet peaceful.

I did not actually stay at the property, I chose to cancel. Buried in the small print there is a warning that check in is 'different', there is no front desk they request on-line check in. When I followed the links to complete this process it became clear that they expected me to provide on line, a selfie, a picture of my ID, complete credit card details (even though the trip was fully paid already) I chose not to follow this path, especially as the site made it clear that had rights to use my information.

The property has LOUD public parties from 8pm to 2am. They are random and so bad that the hotel now puts ear plugs in the rooms. They send you a note the afternoon of the events. Very disappointed.

Fabulous hotel, only issue is the super loud club on the ground floor.

This property is very low key and hidden in plain sight amongst the public’s. I liked the fact that it felt more like an apartment opposed to a hotel. This will definitely be my spot for the next visit.

Virtual front desk made check-in seamless.

Check in was confusing but once we got in the room was very spacious. The light in the bathroom didn’t work at all and the coffee maker didn’t heat. Window seats were pleasant.

Nice building

I enjoyed my stay very much--in a quiet, clean, spacious room. The virtual staff was helpful. Although a hotel, the ambiance resembled apartment living. I found good restaurants nearby for breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
