We reserved a room for 5 for a weekend and was given 1 King size bed with a small chair and ottoman. When I contacted the desk they explained that although we reserved for 5 and the itinerary said 2 double beds, it did not guarantee we would get 2 beds. She was unable to explain to me, however, how 5 people were supposed to sleep in 1 King size bed. We were told there were no better rooms to accomodate us available so she offered to give us a roll away bed for the 2 night stay at no extra charge. There was no space in the room for two roll away bed and the 1 that was brought took up what little extra room we had. The hotel room and lobby were clean and pleasing. The pool was showing some age but wasn't in bad shape. And there was cardboard along the hall floors on the pool floor. Which I'm assuming was due to maintenance. Breakfast was an option to add on to the room stay but was misleading. In order to add breakfast on to the stay gor everyone we had to add 10 breakfasts to the reservation instead of 2.

Experiencia nada grata. Al llegar el toilet sucio. El personal no es amable con el turista

Pretty disappointing stay here....it was a busy night being New Year's Eve but we noticed the following in the room/ hotel: •room smelled of weed as soon as we walked in •strange wet spots near the bed as soon as we got in •shower made a horrible loud noise when it was turned on •windows leaked of condensation and puddles formed on the windowsill •huge lines for the elevators and some elevators made a scary banging noise that was not comforting to be on Overall very disappointed by this hotel!

It is easy to get around from this hotel. The Reading Terminal Market located across the street has a lot of food options. I really like to the donuts from Beiler's (located at one of the corners ... Reading Terminal Market).

Staff and check-in process was smooth and friendly. Housekeeping were very nice and courteous. The impression of the hotel decor seems very out-date. The room was clean and comfortable. Nothing out of this world in terms of the decor. Again, very lackluster. The AC unit was noisy each time it kicked-in. The soaps to be used in the bathroom was for me the worst I've had. It was not a pleasing scent whatsoever. Smelled very musky and cheap.

Clean room, very convenient to attend conference in the convention center.

Wonderful great location in relation to everything

Beautiful Hotel. All the staff was very very friendly. Rooms were very clean. No complaints whatsoever.

Very conveniently located with comfortable beds and a very helpful staff.

Came over the weekend for the MIA music festival and was overall very pleased with my stay.

Pleasant, but 1 of the days during my visit/stay my hotel room was not cleaned; bathroom was without towels, etc..

Very pleasant stay! Only problem was parking and drove all over looking for parking before we realized it's right across the street. Over than that, great experience and great location!

There was a fee for every amenity WiFi, and I would not have chosen this hotel but it was next to Macys and within walking distance to the Historic District, the bus tours available were reasonable and delightful, the transportation service to the airport was very good. I might have cheated myself by choosing a different hotel. I was quite happy with my stay at the Marriot downtown.

Great location in Philadelphia, near the subway station. You can explore the food near here.

This was a great trip and the hotel was close to many attractions.

Very friendly staff throughout the hotel, from porter,.check-in desk, maid staff.

Great hotel. Connected to Jefferson Station. Close enough to all of the sights to walk. Very helpful and knowledgeable staff.

Hotel is clean and very centrally located. Had a nice meal across the street at Maggianos. But we didn't like the room. I asked for two doubles; the check-in person moved us to a king for some reason. There was no separate blanket or extra pillows in the room; we don't like sharing covers since one runs hot and the other cold typically. The pillows were TERRIBLE. Much too soft; no support. You needed two and still your head sinks into them and wraps around your head. And the heat/AC was erratic. It was either too cold or too hot; it wouldn't stay at a constant 70 degrees. The view was facing a brick wall. All this for $350-400 dollars once the $50 valet parking is factored in. A big ripoff. We could care less how ritzy the general hotel is; the room was simply sub-par.

We stayed there for a major volleyball tournament at the convention center. Since the hotel was attached to the convention center, it was so convenient.

Hotel is located 1 block from City Hall surrounded by some great bars and restaurants. Great atmosphere and the staff was friendly and helpful. Exceptional value for the price.
