This Marriott is perfect for attending the Flower show at the Convention center and going to the Market for the best food in Phila! You walk right out on the 3rd floor skywalk directly into the Convention Center. Our room was nice, clean and only lacking some working USB ports to charge our phones. Frig in room. Ice machine on 6th floor not working,so you run to another floor to find one to deliver ice.

The location of the hotel is great, hotel is clean and the staff is friendly

Just one day we didn’t have wash clothes or water. Other than that it was great!

$56 to park was expensive. Understood the construction on the lobby, but the rest of the hotel could use some upgrading, too. The pool was awkward and cold.

Property was excellent. Check in process was quite lengthy due to it being New Year’s Eve. Also valet was full and no alternative onsite parking also available

We liked our room - clean and nicely decorated. Bathroom was in top condition. What we didn't like (and I can't think how you could possibly change it) - we arrived on a Friday evening around 3:30 pm and had to circle the block to find parking (lot across the street was full). So we spent a good hour in traffic just trying to get back around to Valet Parking. Cars blocked cross streets and it took several cycles of the stoplights to move at all. Now - once we got back to the hotel, Valet Parking worked flawlessly, very professional and respectful, and it was a very busy time right then. We will return to your hotel, perhaps traveling by train instead of by car.

A beautiful property in a great location. But we were in the Headtower, a second building. We were on the fourth floor. There was a wedding party on the 2nd. The music was so loud that it felt like we were at a table at the wedding. When we asked for a different room, we were told they were overbooked. For $350, the soundproofing two floors above the ballroom should have worked better. I will not return.

Upon check-in, they gave me a handicap accessible room without a closet and with a shower that was impossible to use due to the setup. I can see why it would be useful for somebody in a wheelchair, but for me it was totally inconvenient and it wasn't particularly clean, either. I was not happy with the room, but they refused to let me change. That would have been a point or two deduction, but what made things far worse is that the card I gave them for incidentals was charged the full room rate and tax, EVEN THOUGH I PREPAID FOR THIS ROOM ON ORBITZ. That's inexcusable already, and would have really hurt if I didn't pay such close attention to my credit card bill. But worse still, when I called, after waiting on hold for 30 minutes, the customer service was not apologetic and just told me that they would take my information and "look into" the incident. After a week, I called back a second time and had the same experience. It took 2 full weeks to refund the duplicate charge. Unless you have literally nothing better to do than spend hours on hold with Marriott about your bill, do not stay at this property. I won't be in the future.

Located in downtown, convenient to go anywhere. Room is spacious and clean, bed is comfortable

Great.location, favorite lobby bar! Great time......!

The rooms were terrible, especially for the price. The pool was cold and felt really dungeonous, the hot tub was filled in with dirt and fake flowers, although all the online material showe it operational

Was excellent for hosting folks from out of town for a series of meetings. Food in the restaurant was quite good.
