There's no communication on how long this establishment holds money to ensure you don't damage the hotel. If it's insurance, I was under the impression I would be gettong it back within 7-10 business days bit we're rolling on day 10 as I type this.

Mattress was too firm and pillows too soft. My hubby and I developed bad back pain. Lucky it was just 2 nights we stayed. Poor water pressure and lukewarm temp in bathroom sink. Otherwise great location and clean, but would not stay again due to bed

Did not like that address was listed as Market St but entrance was completely on the other side of the building . Checking in as a member of a wedding was nowhere near the check in for the normal customers. Lotsa fun dragging my luggage around looking for the check in. A little common sense would go a long way in correcting these issues.
