This was a great trip and the hotel was close to many attractions.

Very friendly staff throughout the hotel, from porter,.check-in desk, maid staff.

Great hotel. Connected to Jefferson Station. Close enough to all of the sights to walk. Very helpful and knowledgeable staff.

Hotel is clean and very centrally located. Had a nice meal across the street at Maggianos. But we didn't like the room. I asked for two doubles; the check-in person moved us to a king for some reason. There was no separate blanket or extra pillows in the room; we don't like sharing covers since one runs hot and the other cold typically. The pillows were TERRIBLE. Much too soft; no support. You needed two and still your head sinks into them and wraps around your head. And the heat/AC was erratic. It was either too cold or too hot; it wouldn't stay at a constant 70 degrees. The view was facing a brick wall. All this for $350-400 dollars once the $50 valet parking is factored in. A big ripoff. We could care less how ritzy the general hotel is; the room was simply sub-par.

We stayed there for a major volleyball tournament at the convention center. Since the hotel was attached to the convention center, it was so convenient.

Hotel is located 1 block from City Hall surrounded by some great bars and restaurants. Great atmosphere and the staff was friendly and helpful. Exceptional value for the price.

Location was good. We were in an adjacent tower, rooms were old, light remodel was done. Toilet did not flush, we were only there 1 night but called twice once we noticed the issue (new years eve) and no one ever came. Beds were a bit firm. Check in was smooth especially for the large volume of people checking in. Valet service was efficient at check out.

Excellent downtown hotel. Located right by city hall, the rooms were spotless with super comfortable beds.

Great location in center city. Reading Terminal Market and Independence Hall are just a few steps away.

Great location but the lobby didn't really have much. Rooms were okay sizes.

Check in was very easy, but the entry and elevators were dated. The room was fine, but a little small. There are some nice amenities in the hotel lobby (gift shop, bar, jewelry store, FexEx Office, Starbucks), but nothing spectacular.

Had a great time. Everything was in walking distance. You could even rent a bicycle. Food was amazing. I suggest if your with a couple of friends to get one item and share it at many eateries. Try all the different types of food. Horse and buggy tour was excellent. All the free stuff to see was amazing also.

The room was standard but you're only paying for the location.

Only problem was a major convention going on and thy had to put me in the Tower which was a bit of a bother.

Room in the Annex building. Conveniently above terminal market. Nice clean room and quiet. Check out at 12pm..enough time to get breakfast able walk around!

The hotel location is great and the staff is very friendly. Recommended for families.

The room wasn't the biggest, but was plenty for our needs. The important parts were the super easy check in, incredible cleanliness of the entire building, and the friendly staff. Highly recommended, especially at the rate I got for a weekend in downtown Philly.

Good location, walkable to many attractions and restaurants.

Great stay at hotel. Clean and very convenient location.

The hotel was very nice. Service was good. Location was great. All in all it was a very pleasant stay.
