Loved the,bar and the server there. The prices

Good location

Awesome location. Lots to walk to. Even more if you walk a mile or two. Research parking before you go. Several lots within a few blocks if you dont want to pay the very high hotel valet. Public transportation at your doorstep. WiFi is not free if not a club member. You can print your boarding passes for free at the kinkos/fedex in the lobby. Check in is 4:00 so there is a long line and they pressure you to valet while you do so. Who doesnt let you park out front while you check in? They did have full staff at the front desk to shorten the wait. Would stay here again.

The hotel itself and room were nice. However, in the room the desk was dirty with a leftover sauce from the previous guest and the toilet was also dirty.

Very awesome

Very nice

security alarm pulled and went on for about a hour in the middle of the night

great hotel, very clean and modern room, easy access and it felt safe

I would like to see receptacles for plastic in each room & printed information regarding how to conserve everything while we stay there (towel service, sheet changes, recycling, reducing consumption, etc...) Its a large hotel & the impact can be far reaching with all the guests that come through

Great location!

Excellent

It's very conveniently located and staff were very nice. Elevators were extremely slow & due to pandemic not much support or ameniis, but they still have valet parking, unlike many places.

They charged my credit card did not release money and was not authorized to do so

there where homeless people peeing on the building, there was food and trash everywhere, we even seen mice running in the flower planters outside witch by the way where mostly dead and not watered all plants were droopy,, people begging for money and cigarettes' so bad i didn't even want to go outside the building. also homeless people seeping all along the outside of the building. as far as the inside there was no microwave, no mini fridge and the mattress was very hard and un comfortable lastly the was no water in the pool. ps also be prepared to pay over $50 just to park there why should you pay to park at the place you are staying? overall i would never stay there again oh and not to forget if you want a free breakfast that most hotels have dont look her it was like $30 a person.

N

Pool, restaurant bar, entrances closed. No housekeeping after 3 homeless everywhere
