Check out was at 11 AM is the gentleman that walked into the room at 1101 11 09- 1110 1115 I explained to him that I was packing to leave. He did not speak English and left the room after he left my room system with building Potential fire you cannot use the elevator and I escape so I waited until the alarm system was over at 11:30 and it went off again. This is a terrible experience.

The area outside the hotel entrance was a bit shady & didn’t feel safe but the hotel is great inside and we appreciated the early check in. It was odd that there was no hand soap in the bathroom and an employee confirmed as much - that should come standard with every room reservation since most people do not pack that!

They were unable to handle the large crowd. Our shower was overflowing and they didn’t answer the phone so I had to go to the desk. The valet also didn’t answer the phone and it took 30 minutes to take the car

Amazing stay - we were back in my hometown for WrestleMania and unknowingly booked the same hotel the wrestlers were staying at. All staff members we came across were very polite and helpful and we loved everything - specifically the room and fitness center. Perfect location downtown just east of City Hall and right across the street from Reading Terminal Market and the PA Convention Center. Would definitely look to stay here again if in town for future events.
