The hotel lobby is well appointed and has a nice bar and restaurant area. The lobby also contains a convenience shop with a good selection of snacks and toiletries. Our room was a good size and the bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was a good size and so was the shower. The shower wasn’t clean. The glass was dirty and there was a bunch of hair left in the shower. The shampoo bottle was missing from the shower. Two of the lamps in the room were broken. The TV has a fairly small number of channels. Overall, I’d stay again but I’d need to confirm the cleanliness of the room. They charge for parking so be aware of that.

It was clean but there are no microwaves in the rooms unless it's a long term stay. Mini fridge and freezer didnt work our food went bad, other than that the room was good for our one night stay

I didn’t like the fact that we had to leave our towels outside the door & had to ask for towels.

Kind, helpful and friendly staff. Clean room. Good location.

The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Their rooms were very nice The lobby was a very nice lobby. I did not like the weekend parties loud noises and the type of people that were on our floor I did not care for the convention over the weekend that I had to put up with. The room seemed to be missing trash cans One was in the bathroom and that was the only one in the room. I did not like the lack of room service everyday. They used to clean the room every day when you left now they wait till you check out. The room was not thoroughly cleaned when I checked in there was somebody's socks underneath the table. The conditioner dispenser in the shower was empt

Not what they advertise in publishing and they were dirty sheets

Housekeeping service sucks: Rumpled bed makeup Tub not cleaned (dirt ring from day 1 use) Front desk service and staff are satisfactory, parking also.

Stay was amazing the employees at the bar was arguing and took forever to take my order but the other staff was so nice and helpful and I enjoyed my stay

Great location, it would be nice if it had complimentary breakfast

I enjoyed how the staff greeted me with a smile upon my arrival. I also received a call to my room from the front desk asking me if I was comfortable with my room, and if I needed anything, to simply give them a call. I was very impressed how concerned they were about me feeling good about my stay..

Very nice and very clean place to stay! All staff very friendly! Would recommend this place! Food also very good!

Walking distant to a few restaurants. Shower not in best condition

large well-appointed rooms were nice. Restaurant staff not terribly helpful

Will be staying here again when in the area! :) The rooms were absolutely amazing! The hotel was close to the zoo and other great attractions.

I checked into the hotel on July 6th around 1:34am. The room they gave us a key to was not vacant. We ended up walking in on people in the hotel room while they slept. We were promptly moved to a second room. We discovered that the shower had mildew and I was not about to bathe my 3 year old or myself in that condition. Finally we were transferred to a third room. It was a lot. We had been traveling all day with a toddler and we really thought with a heavy name like the Marriott conditions would have been satisfactory. The staff apologized and we were compensated with breakfast the next morning. But overall the hotel was not kept up to standard. There were weird smells and the carpet on the different floors and in the rooms were so dirty. I am just utterly disappointed. Spent good money for mediocre service.
