Initial Check-In
Initial check-in, the rooms were not ready but we only had to wait for 15 minutes for them to become ready. The TV wasn't working in either room, but the Service Staff fixed the issue within 10 minutes. We all had a nice time, the Staff was excellent.

The visit was not what l thought it should have been. I have always been impressed by Marriott hotels but was very disappointed and dissatisfied with this hotel. I have never had to pay for parking in the hotel parking lot when staying at a Marriott and never had to pay for Wi-Fi. The Courtyard nickel and dined us to no end.

Customer service staff was very rude with the exception of two people. They would not stock the cooler with beer during off bar hours. Acted like we were a pain and inconvenience to do their job. Tub was clogged and backed up with water when we’d shower, also the tissues, shampoo and body wash were all empty.

I really hope this review is not public because I am not one for leaving negative reviews publicly. Everything, except for the staff, was terrible. If it were not for the incredible staff who went over and beyond knowing that no matter what they offered could not make anything right, I would have left in tears. The beds were not comfortable and the toilet seat was too small and loose everytime you used it felt like it was going to come off. Dusty near light switches near bed bring eye drops. We stayed 2 days and glad it was not longer.

This hotel was wonderful. Antonio and Andrea at the front desk was so kind and bright, very informative. The hotel is Clean and looks very nice , my room was great and DONT GET ME STARTED ON THE FOOD THEY PROVIDE AT THE BISTRO. IT WAS BEYOND GREAT. breakfast was amazing , pool was clean , so nicely decorated. i cant wait to go back ! :)
