Parking garage is only 6’1” tall so don’t expect to park a suv inside or you will tear off your roof rack like I did. Also expect to pay out the nose for parking even if you are a guest. $23 overnight.

Helpful staff. Needed a ride to pick up my rental car and nice gentleman drove us there in hotel van. Also, good coffee.

Nothing in particular shined. It was an average motel. Nothing special about it

Room was clean. Staff was accommodating and friendly. Shuttle service was great. I would recommend to use this hotel again.

When we were checking in, at first the lady had unnecessary attitude with us. Parking is not easy, as most spots are quite narrow and have a pillar and ceilings are low, requiring some passengers to evacuate the car prior to getting in the spot. One parking spot covered our clean car with dust and/or insulation material that was blowing out of the vent. Sleeping is difficult as the AC is extremely loud when it clicks on (sounds like an accelerating truck) and there are no black out drapes, so sunlight blinds you as you sleep. Just disappointing for a Wyndham, however the central location is great.

Clean - friendly - quiet - centrally located - easy parking- food & bar service excellent.

Friendly service. Nice location. overall a pleasant experience

I was surprised that there was not a refrigerator in the room. Also, the air conditioning was very loud. The room was nice.

Near college campus so it was within walking distance

Bathroom wasn't very clean.. I cleaned the floor myself. Staff at breakfast was very rude when went to get coffee to go. Coming from the restaurant industry I was a bit taken back by how rude she actually was.

The air conditioning unit was so loud it was like trying to sleep next to a jet engine. We woke up every time it kicked on. Bathroom seemed a bit grimy— mostly from age.

Location is ideal for visiting Pitt, Carnegie Mellon. There is parking in a parking garage, and it's very close to the hotel. Front desk staff is friendly and accommodating. We checked in on a weekday and there was a line for 4 pm check-in. Be aware that this is a busy hotel in an urban location and travelers are arriving at all hours - you will hear them. Our beds were comfortable and our shower was good. Our first room had not been completely cleaned, but the staff quickly + politely switched us to an alternative room. However, other guests attempted to open our door at midnight because they'd also been mistakenly assigned to our room (no worries, their access card did not work - but we were thoroughly awakened by a maintenance person calling out "Room Check" and subsequent brief conversation). Hotels in the same block would've charged considerably more, so we were willing to put up with a little hullabaloo. This hotel got the job done. We didn't use available amenities (pool, restaurant), and we did appreciate the good parking and polite desk staff. I'd consider staying here again, but wouldn't pay a premium price to do so.

Convenient location, right in the middle of Oakland section of Pittsburgh

This hotel is in a great location center to everything. All staff were super nice but upgrade to the hotel is definitely needed.

Great location for visiting U PITT!! Easily walk everywhere. Super friendly and helpful front desk. Bathroom lighting very dark- minor fix
