Property and the facilities were great. I didn’t like that you had to pay additionally for parking. I found an empty iced tea bottle under the bed, which was from a previous persons stay. Evening front desk staff was not engaging and were not very welcoming. Shuttle drivers were amazing! Overall not a bad stay and I would choose this place again.

Very nice hotel. Clean, safe and accommodating. Was able to leave our car for 9 dollars a day and take the shuttle to the airport at 4 am.

I believe her name was Deanna, afternoon shift at thr front desk, was wonderful. Quick, cordial and helpful. Room was great. Only negative was housekeeping opening the door at 1215 scaring my kids when we had secured a late check out for 1pm

We had a great time. the hotel was clean and the staff was very courteous and kind. The suite suited all 5 of us (2adults, 3 children). the hot tub was fantastic. We will be staying there again when the opportunity arises.

Great stay with a great rate.
Affordable with friendly staff with routine house keeping. The room was tidy and spacious, the pool and hot tub were great. Only minus on our whole stay, bathroom door in our room didnt lock/properly latch shut and the TV would go thru spells where it wouldn't react to the remote. These issues were not deal breakers as they were very minimal. Also please check the left elevator, the help button was missing.

The staff were incredible. We were going to park at the airport but the desk staff suggested using their parking and shuttle service. Easy peasy and cost less than the airport. In the morning before we left, the night staff prepared coffee in the lobby for us. We left VERY early. So appreciated.

Stayed one night. Staff were very friendly. Room was clean except for the bathroom floor. It could have been swept a little better and mopped. The kitchenette in the room had everything you would need. The breakfast was decent as it provided some hot and cold options. Overall this is a nice hotel.

There was an issue with our son and his dog. My daughter in law got a late check out until 5 so we could attend the baseball game Sunday that had been rained out Saturday. Then the front desk tried to renege on it while my wife sat with the dog.
