Property location was pleasant, and we had a nice, foresty view. We were placed on the 3rd floor, and after receiving our key cards, we were advised that the elevstor call button did not work on the 3rd floor, so we would have to take stairs down to the 2nd floor in order to make our way to the 1st floor. Also, there were No Smoking signs in the room and in the hotel, but the hotel had a terrible odor of cigarette smoke in the hallways.

Hallway carpet and room carpet wasn’t cleaned (meaning vacuumed) Attempting to get a hold of front desk staff to address loud guests at 3am was non existent as any number tied to the hotel either didn’t work or rang without answer. These numbers are linked to both what Orbits has and what is indicated on the hotels website. Shower also has reducer on to assist water consumption which restricted showering timely as more time needed to shower with less water.

Clean enough, we just needed a bed to sleep in quickly. There were no towels in the room. Also either the hair dryer was broken, or completely enigmatic, as I tried to make a joke about that being the hand dryer, and came to realize I couldn't turn the thing on.

They canceled my booking last minute while i was driving from other end of the state. Told me that you have to deal with Orbitz. Not us. I was totally helpless till i called Orbitz. They solved my problem and found me nice place.

There was always someone hanging out, near people cas, and we also heard alot of noise in the late hours.

Liked the staff. Disliked the stain on the comforter and trying to navigate leaving to go to the city.

The rooms were very nice and the breakfast had a variety of different foods to choose from. I very much liked the shelter parking that was available.

Light went out while I was in shower in bathroom. All electricity went out on another day. Couldn't even use phone to call front desk. Went down in robe to find out what was happening. The elevator broke on another day I was on third floor. The entrance to get to this hotel is not good. On hill. On another day I came in late key to room door wouldn't work. They said someone pulled plug on computers and wiped all room keys off. Why didn't they tell me this before I went up to my room and then back down. Not bright enough light in bathroom to put makeup on . Should be brighter. Jo on the cleaning staff was great! Another chair in the room would have been nice too. Had company and no place to sit except bed.

We experienced some initial issues, the hotel was (possibly) over booked and our reservation was changed. No manager available on the weekend. The issue was professionally addressed and resolved. The room felt a little small, but the beds were comfortable and room was clean. Breakfast was continuously monitored by staff. Location is on a steep incline. Overall a good value.

This hotel was very clean, had a nice breakfast area. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Water pressure in the shower was a little light. I was on the road facing side and road noise was not an issue. Close to highways, minutes from downtown.

Very helpful staff.. Very clean and quiet... quest laundry was very accessible

nice hotel great service I had an overall pleasant stay will probably use you he same place again on my next stay

The staff at the comfort inn were great. Very friendly and very helpful. The hotel was OK. It was extremely loud until very late at night due to parties and our room was next to the stairwell door. The door would slam and shake the wall and wake us up constantly throughout the night.

The room was very clean but there was nothing in the pop machine. The front desk lady was supposed to cAll us a cab which never showed??? So she offered us a ride w a friend of hers who charged us $30 for 6 miles away. The location was at an awkward intersection and very loud outside. The bed however was comfortable and compared to hotel prices downtown it was cheap but a lil to much for what you actually get
