Property was very new and clean. Although location is not the best. Worst of all the noise.

We were very impressed with the hotel decor and professionalism of the staff and pleased with the restaurant where the awesome wait folks and chef served us delicious food. We highly recommend this hotel and if we are back in Pittsburgh, we would definitely stay at Hotel Indigo again.

Clean, quiet, convenient. Wish there was a food source closer (their resturant is closed). I charged my EV in the parking structure next door using the BLINK network. Worked out OK although parking was expensive.

Very clean and neat little hotel in the middle of everything!

Hotel Indigo has a cool vibe- very different than your standard cookie cutter motels. The room was very clean, comfy pillows and a nice shower. Only problem was due to Covid- THERE WAS NO COFFEE!!! There was a Keurig in the room and mugs- but no pods. No coffee in lobby either. Now if I can touch the soap, shampoo, etc that housekeeping left- why can't I touch the sealed coffee pod (at my own risk of course) and have coffee? I had to be out the door by 5:30 am and did not get a cup of coffee until 8am. At least put a note on your website saying to bring your own pods! Also reservation options are confusing. There is an option for a regular room, and an option for a non smoking room. Since I was taking a friend down for a procedure and she smokes, I reserved a smoking room- this is also a drop down option on Orbitz. When I arrived I was told there are no smoking rooms. This was a big disappointment for my friend.

Awesome hotel! Super clean and stylish. Greats location too.

Apparently, I will never learn my lesson as far as Orbitz reservations are concerned. I am a terrible reader of maps. I will learn my lesson eventually. This hotel is in the middle of nowhere. It's immaculate because it's brand new. Matthew and Tammy were both wonderful, but you shouldn't have to ask for Keurig pods when you're paying more than $100/night for a hotel room. The man who worked overnight was one of the worst customer service employees with whom I have interacted. Telling me the *name* of the petrol station does *not* tell me where it is. The noise from the expressway is incessant and -- again -- you are in the MIDDLE of nowhere. Good luck if you don't have a car.

This is a beautiful property and was very clean, which is especially important during a pandemic. I was happy to find it very close to where i needed to be since I only came into town for business. The area felt safe and was within walking distance to a shopping / restaurant area. Parking was close to the building, which was nice, but it came with an extra fee. It was good to have parking available since public transpo leaves a little to be desired, but having to pay for it made me bring my marks for amenities down. It seemed like they only made it a restricted lot (you had to use your room key to enter) so they could make extra money. It's not close enough to anything else to be worried about people stealing parking spots that didn't actually stay there. Aside from that, they tried to make the rooms studio-style by putting in a Keurig and a mini fridge, but no microwave. Also, since the restaurant on site was closed due to covid, no room service was available. The room was comfortable, the bathroom was fantastic with a rain shower and clean linens, and they had two TVs hooked to local cable only. The front desk staff was fabulous and friendly.

Great location, quiet and new. Staff a little short and no room cleaning due to Covid so had to ask for towels but that’s understandable.

Great hotel! Cool design, very clean, modern, excellent all in all. No complaints! Will go back again next time I'm in Pittsburgh!

Too noisy, the staff members are good. But the hotel building construction might have problems. I have never experienced loud noisy in other hotels.

Nice location, easy accessible to downtown and south side.

I loved everything about the property...the room was clean the food was excellent the staff was extremely friendly like I’ve never encountered...the theme of the hotel was very modern and brand new...the only criticism I can give bad is the double bed rooms FACE the expressway so don't plan on SLEEPING if you stay in one....get a KING BED!.....I would stay again at this hotel

Awesome!!!!! I stayed a Hotel Indigo for three nights. The property is very clean. The rooms are spacious. The customer service can't be beat. I would highly recommend this property.

We thank you for taking the time to review your stay with us as we use this as great feedback to improve. We do provide coffee pods at the front desk as we do try to limit the amenities in the guest room.
