Common areas not clean. Pool area filthy & way over crowded

We were there specifically for the pool. A child vomited in the pool and the staff kicked everyone out for cleaning. However, we were unable to use the chairs by the pool while “cleaning” happened. We overheard the front desk give other guests a free night for the inconvenience. When I commented on the pool being closed, the front desk said that I should just be thankful it reopened the same day.

The first room they checked me into smelled musty, like there was no air circulation. The walls of the room were cracked and there was an lollipop stick by the air unit... I called the front desk and they quickly moved me to another room. That room smelles fresh and there were no cracks in the walls.

Exceptionally clean and very comfortable. Plus we were close to many restaurants. The trash bins in the room could have been bigger. We liked that the cans had a section for recyclables, but they didn't hold all of our used drink containers or our trash.

Service was abysmal. Reservation was lost in the system that took 4 hos to finally get a room even having been given a key to a room in use already. Then the second night if the stay said i had no reservation for the night (@1230 am) though even with producing my confirmation took a further 30 minus to have my key reactivated.... with my stuff still in the room

Our stay was quite disappointing. It started with the room key system not working so that being said you had to be let in anywhere you needed to go however the staff was few and far between. Then we had a double queen room that sleeps 4 however the room had 2 toweles and wash clothes. They advertise breakfast and we never found it . When we asked where the breakfast was we were just told down the hall. I don't doubt that but have you seen this place it is huge. So we were frustrated and went to breakfast.

Front desk needs more training, good housekeeping

Great location in a quiet area. Only 3 miles from downtown and attractions. Rooms were clean and staff is extremely friendly and helpful.

The location was perfect, the room large and comfortable. The bed was perfect, three great night's sleep. The TV was even adjusted properly!

Loved the indoor/outdoor pool combo with the hot tub. Tried to order room service, no one answered so we went downstairs to the restaurant and were told we had to wait an hour. Very close to the city and attractions. We would go there again.

I only thing I found troubling was the entrance and exit to the outside pool. The ladder was difficult for seniors especially the top handles on the ladder should be higher in order to pull yourself up out of the pool. I have RA and could not pull myself up because the handles at the top were so low I ended up on my knees and needed assistance to get up because I had nothing to hold onto and others told me that they had difficulty getting out. The inside was excellent with the steps. Everything else was excellent at you facility

Staff didn’t clean room till we ask to have it cleaned on day 3. Disappointing.

The hotel was ok. What is shocking is a very bad and expensive breakfast. Food was awful and price was high.

The bed's were very comfortable and the room's were clean. Hotel staff were friendly and they offered a shuttle service. Was a good weekend away.

Our stay was quite disappointing. It started with the room key system not working so that being said you had to be let in anywhere you needed to go however the staff was few and far between. Then we had a double queen room that sleeps 4 however the room had 2 toweles and wash clothes. They advertise breakfast and we never found it . When we asked where the breakfast was we were just told down the hall. I don't doubt that but have you seen this place it is huge. So we were frustrated and went to breakfast.
