Hotel is nice with a short drive to downtown. Outside noise was an issue with some constant humming sound and some music at the background all night. We are very tired and slept through it. Otherwise, I highly recommend this hotel.

Our experience was amazing but didn't like how small the bathroom part was.

Very clean hotel with all the amenities needed. Staff were personable and efficient with anything needed. Van drivers were exceptionably nice and helpful. Overall a great experience!

We decided to book a hotel for our trip to a Penguins game. We reserved online and then arrived and paid upon arrival. The entrance to the hotel is beautiful and inviting. The staff at the front desk was kind and helpful. We were able to take a shuttle from the hotel to the game. Our driver was great! After the game, we called the hotel and they sent a shuttle to pick us up. Both of our drivers were kind and friendly! Overall, we had a wonderful experience. Personally, I loved the Starbucks in the hotel...it made the morning run smoother in our rush to get heading home. Definitely recommend staying here if you don't mind not being directly in the city.

Our recent trip to Pittsburgh was unexpected and short notice. We were able to get two rooms that fit our needs and budget. The staff was excellent, especially our server for breakfest (Mary K.). She always was cheerful and very friendly. The chef Martin also was very helpful and friendly & cooked our eggs or omelets perfectly.

I called 2x for room service at 10 pm and there was no answer. Room service closed at 11 pm. The trash cans in the conference area were overfilled at 10 am. Obviously, they were never emptied from the night before. Many of the carpets in the conference rooms and hallways needed to be vacuumed. Food in the bar and at the conference was adequate.

The staff were very accommodating and welcoming. The hotel is situated on a hill and close to a highway. My room was clean and the bed was comfy. The hotel has a subdued decor and has very minor aesthetic issues, like the bath looked a bit run down. They have a Starbucks in their hotel, the food served was delicious. The breakfast was delicious. I would stay there again.

Great breakfast buffet, cafe and lounge. The pool is great along with the gym.

The room was a decent size, but the bathroom was extremely small. I could hardly put anything down to shower. It was definitely made for the size of 1 person. I bumped into the toilet to get into the shower. The bed itself was comfortable, but I was surprised to find no water, so I had to drink tap water. It was hard to find myself in and outside of the building because you had to go to different levels to exit on different sides of the hotel. Quite confusing.

Toenail clippings on filthy stained floor. Vent in bathroom covered with mound, garbage behind bed side tables, hair I sink and bathroom floor, walls with brown stains on them. Extremely unhappy with quality of this hotel. Never recommend it to anyone. After given chance to clean room, wasn't done until I had the manager and head of maintenance come up and see for themselves. they even agreed completely unacceptable, even after complaining in the morning still wasn't cleaned properly. They finally moved me to a less dirty room. The whole hotel reeked of a strange cleaning chemical smell.

Clerk keyed cards incorrectly...free breakfast would have been nice....comfy bed.

Friendly staff and clean comfortable rooms. Love the restaurants on site. Bathroom sink drain was clogged, maintenance came right up to repair.

I stayed at this hotel overnight for a quick business trip in the area. Overall I was very happy with the hotel. The only two issues I had were related to my alarm/wake-up call. The wake-up call button on my phone did not work and the alarm clock had some issues as well. Other than that the room was clean, the staff were nice. I would stay here again.

We were in town for a country concert in Heinz Field. The hotel provided us a shuttle to the concert venue for $10 which included round trip fair. However, we were unable to catch the one home because of the frequency in which they ran the shuttle and the odd pick up spot. We ended up having to take a cab, which cost us another $15. Overall, the hotel was a nice place to stay but we will be staying at the one downtown from now on.

Yes the hotel cleanliness and staff were excellent.

Trip was awesome. Only thing that could have been better is more variety and closer places to eat. Thinking strong possibility of doing this hotel for next years game/trip. Shuttle accomodations were awesome. Didn't need to rent a car.

The bed was super comfy and the rooms were clean. The shuttle to/from the game was over priced, especially when you factored in the walk to meet at the Westin for pick up or quoted Uber (which we did AFTER the fact) Some of the employees were wonderful!!! It's a little far from Dowtown so I'd recommend renting a car.

Had stayed at Doubletree's in the past but this experience will be my last. I was given a room at furthest part of the hotel on a floor that experienced a flood and poorly managed. Moldy, smelly hallways with blowers running all night already the stench of wet carpeting. Toilets not cleaned properly, alarm clock inoperative and staff less than enthusiastic in helping. Restaurant was good, grab and go day staff seemed burdened with assisting and taking my order. Just an all around bad experience, never again.

The beds were so comfortable it was hard to leave them to do the stuff we went there to do. The staff was helpful and accommodating, plus... warm chocolate chip cookies! I have absolutely no complaints about this trip.
