The location was good about 30 minutes away from City Centre Philly. Breakfast was included and the room was clean but it could use some updating. Our heater sounded like an old car that took forever to start up. We ended up having to turn it off to get some sleep. Also lacked essentials in our room but good thing we brought our own.

Everyone that is looking at this hotel is going to Sesame Place. Left face it’s the perfect location ! I didn’t get to go into the pool area but I did take a glance at it and the fitness center. It looked well kept and clean the pool was on the small side but if your spending the day at sesame place it will feel that way compared to the large wave pool. The business center is located right next to the front desk which doesn’t give much privacy or quiet but it does have everything you except in a “work environment”.

First before you even get in side the parking situation is aweful. They have a small area in which you can park yourself, but the area holds approximately 6 cars. With sesame being in walking distance this would be ideal. But the lot stays full bc there are only six spaces and you are forced to valet. We waited in line for hours in a very full reception area. Guests were everywhere trying to get into the room they booked. After roughy 5 hours we left and ended up driving home after a full day of sesame heat and water rides. We were all exhausted and we just wanted to take showers and relax but instead we drove 3 hours back home. Not convenient whatsoever and i was able to make it home off of the mad fumes that were steaming from my head. I feel like this hotel not only put my family at risk, but didn’t have another solution - like a speedy check in elsewhere maybe at a nearby hotel.

The place was great, wishing the pool was bigger though.

arrived at 5:45 and was told there were no rooms available so i'd have to wait?!

Great, clean hotel. Conveniently located close enough to highway without hearing traffic. Pool and hot tub nice , though small. Breakfast was awesome! Staff very courteous.

Love the location to sesame 2 minute walk, hotel staff super friendly and helpful room nicer and larger than expected

The location for Sesame Place is great. They have a walking path, I didn't see any shuttles bc of how close the hotel is. The pool was broken all weekend and my kids were looking forward to this. The room was ok. Lots of wasted space, the bathroom is 2 feet off the king bed, we had blood stained sheets and comforter, and the bed isn't that comfortable. The bathroom doesn't have a lock (it's a sliding door) so no privacy at all, even when trying to keep little hands and fingers from playing with a sliding door is difficult. The room doors almost face each other so you could hear every time a person was leaving or entering their room and talking. Staff were great and always smiling. Breakfast was decent but nothing crazy. They were accommodating and gave us 10% off because of the problems. But the Sheraton accross the street is much more preferred, they had dining options, working pool, comfy beds, And really nice breakfast. Overall not the worst experience but I would not stay there again for the price.

Nice room, nice breakfast, great staff. 5 minute walk to sesame place

We flew in from IL. I love it. It is 2 min walk to sesame place, no need to pay for parking at the park. Decent free breakfast and super nice staff. It has nearby stores (restaurant, Target, bakery etc) if needed. I will stay only there next time i go to sesame place

Room had some uninvited guests, lady bugs, front desk swapped the room in a flash. and gave some discounts as well. Overal hotel was clean and staff was courteous.

Since the hotel's check-in was not until 3:00pm, I parked my car in the hotel's lot mid-morning when we arrived and took a short walk down the walkway to Sesame Place. Brandon at the front desk was pleasant and welcoming. The complimentary breakfast was reasonable (except for the strange item labeled Scramble eggs. My family visited the pool area in the early morning since it was super crowded the night before. The pool was clean, had good depth but was not heated. The whirlpool was perfect and ample. Overall our stay at this hotel was pleasant location was excellent and worth the price paid.

The hotel exceeded my expectations. The staff was friendly. We we right across the street from the theme park which was a plus.

I am very sorry that you had to wait. The weather cause a large number of hotel guests to leave the park and check in at once. Usually guests check in more sporadically. The mass check in was not something that we were prepared. I am sorry you had to wait, but we have put plans into place to avoid this happening in the future.
