Location is in a pretty shady area. First sign is surveliience cameras in every corner. Not well maintained. Looks like this hotel was renovated from a lower end "by the hour" hotel that are common in the area. Room was clean and beds were made nicely. Bathtub was not clean, full of hair. Huge stain in the middle of the comforter, noisy outside. Not well maintained perimeter of the property. Not worth the $109.00/night. Now I know.

No Fridge in room & no breakfast. For what we paid, we could have had had these two amenities included elsewhere.Lobby is in lockdown after 11pm. And business is conducted through portal in bulletproof glass. No good vibes here.

The area is close by the highway as it is one of the pros why I chose to stay at the location as I travel a lot. Besides that, the amenities were sufficient for basic accommodation and the fact that it is a dog friendly place is another plus to stay.

Both inconveniently located, hard to find, dirty, and in an apparently dangerous location, I would not recommend staying at this Red Roof Inn. While the staff were friendly, and obviously working with a trying situation, our room was sub-par, and the amenities included were either non-existent or broken. The strip it is located on is also shady, in spite of being in the middle of what appears to be a upscale area- Both gas stations and the solitary liquor store were clearly prepared for holdups, as their clerks were encased in a bulletproof cage. The nights were hard to sleep through due to the arguments, the coming and goings of people clearly engaging in criminal behavior (drug dealing / prostitution), and the endless noise from the nearby roadway.

The room smelled of mold and mildew. Staff was rude.

There was a strong smell of smoke around the building that was unpleasant

Very clean, convenient, good location, decent breakfast, nice size room

I did not stay at the Hotel because it was not my final destination. The Staff at Orbitz could not know how to switch to the Dover Delaware location. I Stayed with the Competition.

The hotel staff were very nice. It is not very close to the city at all, so if you are looking to visit the city, this is not the place for you, because the fare to go to and from the city is very expensive.

I arrived at 2am after two flights. The check in was quick but impersonal. No elevators so I have to carry my luggage upstairs to the room. No one offered any help. There was a security guard sat in the lobby talking in his cel phone. When I finnally made it to the room it was a mess. It was not ready. The bed, the floor everything was messed. I called the reception and the lady asked me to returned to the window on the lobby to gave me the keys to the new room. I told her no way. She came by to give the keys and the room that she gave me was literally the last one on the second building. By looking at the parking lot the hotel was pretty empty if she gave me that room just to make my life miserable, what a shame! I had to walk over 5 minutes with all my luggage take two stairs down and up without any help. It was very scary since the surroundings did not look safe. The check out was way more impersonal.

Other than the empty water bottle, empty box of condoms and an unused condom under the bed, this place was okay I'd say.

Beautiful hotel staff was nice room very clean and comfortable

Nice , fast check in , clean , rooms well renovated

Bad- Cigarette holes in blankets, rooms smell like smoke even after switching. The WiFi was awful, never stayed connected. Good-The bed is comfortable, pets stay for free, close to everything, cheap.

I'd never stay there again and wouldn't recommend this to others.

The hotel was clean and in a nice location. Only thing missing was a refrigerator.

I didn't do much I just wanted to get away to clear my head. I like the hotel, very convenient. I would recommended it to my friends if they ever going to Philadelphia...

The overall stay at Red Roof Inn was awesome, quite time and relaxing. the only thing I missed was no refrigerator in the room and room space is not wide enough.

I wish they had shower caps and a iron and iron board in the rooms

The Hotel was comfortable, with only a few problems. Room had an A/C problem, which I noticed upon entering the room, and was immediately given a different room. The bathroom sink light fixture kept flickering and was never repaired, and the internet was a little slow, but everything else was okay. Second floor room was quiet and provided me with several good nights of sleep. I would go back again considering it was quiet, clean and charged a fair rate.
