Rude check in person. Called about a crib he said he didn’t know call back in twenty minutes. Called back never answered. When we arrived he said he didn’t know so obviously there isn’t a crib available. Hair all over shower and in drain from person staying before.

I really love this place for staying. Neighborhood is great for walking! It is mall very close, squares and very quite and safe area. Hotel is very clean. Staff is really nice! Front desk managers are so sweet and helpful. Very comfortable fore me like I am at home.

Absolutely loved our stay here! The front desk was so helpful and staff were friendly. Rooms were quiet only heard people out in the hall once. Our room was nice and clean. I accidentally booked a room with a shower instead of a tub and the staff at the front desk were understanding and were able to help switch to a room with a tub. Pool was busy but nice!

The room’s lights didn’t work, so we were given another room. The hallway had an odd odor all weekend. The wallpaper was peeling off the wall in the bathroom and the shower door track was quite dirty. 1 evening the hot water wasn’t working well. Positive - the bed was quite comfortable!!

Outdated but sufficient for overnight stay

The rooms were very outdated. Didnt even have comforter or a set of sheets for the pull out couch that we decided not to use it as such. If youre there just to lodge for the night this is perfect but for several days not so much. The space is good for big families but be prepared the breakfast isnt good, the hallways smell mold-y and even the elevator smelled like urine. Very outdated and pictures are no where close to that. It was okay.

We really enjoyed our stay clean gym and pool and delicious breakfast...Our rooms were clean the houskeeping ladies work so hard and are friendly and recommend tipping them directly.

Location was ideal for our needs, near centric areas and shopping in the King of Prussia area. Rooms and hallways are starting to show their age, and while not necessarily a bad thing nor an issue for our stay, it is a noticeable. Staff was great, breakfast bar was packed and good. A little messy but very understandable and Big Kudos to the service lady keeping up with morning demand while apparently little league teams were in town. For the average reviewer this is easy to overlook and flag as cleanliness issue while instead being it was just a crazy weekend morning. Props to the staff! Overall good stay and recommend for any traveler!

Friendly Staff, Horrible Hotel!

This hotel is gross. Do NOT stay here. The Staff were friendly and tried their best to accommodate our issues- but this is just NOT worth the money! Upon check in we were Locked out of our room due to a bad lock on our door Multiple times. We had to go down 7-8 times to get it fixed causing us to be late to the very event we were there for. My kids had to sleep in the hallway for almost 30 mins waiting for help to unlock our door after returning from an event at night & we couldn't get in our room. There was Mold all in the shower where they’d replaced glass with a shower curtain in the frame, a roach crawled across the floor, breakfast was limited options and I saw the lady take hot food and whatever spilled on the warmer/table she put it right back in the pot. There was grape juice all over the lobby floor one night, the next morning it was still there. Cigar on the floor in the lobby. Water with lemon was empty & just sat empty all day. Broken elevator, and my back hurt so bad after laying in the bed. Never again!
