Need improvement in house keeping and other amenities doesn seem a good deal for the buck

Someone else’s hair was in my shower. The shade would not go up...was broken. The breakfast juice machine did not fully function. I’ve never seen a Hampton Hotel in such poor condition. This made me wonder if the sheets were clean. I should have a refund.

We chose this hotel because it was one of the few available the night before the Eagles game. When we arrived (around 2 pm) I went in to see if we’d be able to check in a little early. The lady at the desk was very curt with me and said check in is at 3. No problem, we left for a little while and came back. This time a different lady at the desk was very kind. Our room was ok. There were a few issues-the window shade was broken so in the morning we were awakened by the sunrise, the shower floor was dirty and the duvet smelled strongly of bleach. The floor we were on was extremely noisy- other guest arriving back after 1am being loud in the hallway & slamming the doors shut. The first morning I got locked in the bathroom and the manager had to come take the door apart so I could get out. Other than that the stay was ok but when we travel to the area again we will not be staying at this hotel.

Needed something for a night and this place worked. Nothing fancy or special. Had a volume lock on tv so if you couldn't hear it all that well and unfortunately didn't have MLB station for the post season game. Nice friendly staff

Staff was pleasant and welcoming. The continental breakfast was nice and the room was clean and simple. I didn't like how the bathroom door was sliding and didn't close like a regular door. If you're staying with someone, you can hear everything going on in the bathroom.

Convenient location good attention and good breakfast

Spent 4 nights and had to ask for clean towels even though the used one were on the floor as directed. Needs a remodel

This is a nice hotel, close to everything. Hot breakfast, clean breakfast area and rooms, and very comfortable beds/bedding. We have just one complaint - during our 2nd night at the hotel, one of the elevators started having trouble, starting with the doors not opening enough to let someone out on one floor. By the next morning, staff posted a sign on the ground floor that the elevator was out of order; however, we were on the 5th floor and there was no sign there. One member of our party was on that elevator, and while it did take her safely to the ground floor, it moved extremely slowly. When we were headed back up to our room, housekeeping and maintenance staff were using the "out of order" elevator and told us that it was working fine. We still didn't want to take it, because the staff at the desk said it was out of order. The hotel management should have completely shut down that elevator until they were sure that it was safe to use.

Our requests were attended to quickly. They also provide free toiletries including toothbrush and toothpaste if you should forget to bring these items.

Nice... Little overpriced for the hotel and room quality. Breakfast buffet area small and cramped.. Not well stocked

Great stay and very nice room! Made it easy to get my conference in the morning

This hotel was nice on the inside, very clean and free breakfast was great. The only negative was that it is located DIRECTLY beside the PA turnpike, and the highway was very loud in my room at night and in the morning.

Simple stay, low internet connection in top floors , housekeeping propped dirty laundry right across my room

Very closed to the shopping mall, great staff, the only bad thing was the hot water was out during out stay, other than that everything was great

Really was nice, staff was kind and rooms were thoroughly clean. Comfortable stay and I definitely will be back!

My stay was very nice. It was very hard to find. They need more signs to direct you to the location. The breakfast was excellent and the staff was helpful and pleasant.

Great location for those who like to shop. Right next to mall but also noisier because of that. Worth the cost for an overnight stay.

I am very pleased with this hotel. I chose it because I had stayed in one years ago.

We liked our room fine. It was very clean. The décor was outdated but for $80 who cares. The eggs and sausage at breakfast were the worst I have had anywhere.

Would stay her again. Hotel was very clean and the breakfast was very good. Close to everything in the area.
