Reserved a Room with 2 queen beds and got a room with one bed. They had no pillows or sheets available for sofa bed
It was difficult to enter parking lot. I found it frustrating that we held a double room with a credit card and when we arrived we could not get a double.
The amenities were excellent and the place was clean. The problem I had was the service and adherence to mask policies. First in speaking about the mask policies, more than half of the time, hotel guests were walking around without any mask on. There was no communication from staff to guests to follow the federal and state mandated policy. That did not make us feel safe. Second, I was stuck in the bathroom and my lady had to call down in the front desk to explain the situation. She was told to grab a knife from the kitchen and use that to jimmy the lock open... Huh?!! After about 15 minutes she called down again and someone from the crew came up to assist. They were friendly but luckily my lady was able to get the door open. With the Hilton name, I'd expect much more than being told to open the lock with a knife. This supposedly has been a known issue why would they have the type of latches/locks on doors that get stuck?! We went downstairs and requested another room, which we received. This second room had the same exact lock... Last, most of the crew seemed miserable like they did not want to be there. No energy, no smile, no friendliness, no welcoming attitude. This was my first and last experience at this name brand hotel. I would not recommend.
Property was extremely clean, had no problems. Accessible area and hotel staff was extremely nice
Stay here for the weekend. Hotel was clean & in a nice area close to Walmart,Mall and restaurant. Front lady was friendly & check in was quick. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Location to Vally Forge was great! Easy to get to, but sign for turn in wasn’t clear and made turn too early into Hampton Inn.
The staff and our of their way to help me in a unique situation when I needed a late checkout and also provided some minor but essential toiletries in a pinch.
This was a new facility. However the door strip was off
Shower was terrible the temperature fluctuated between scalding hot and cold every 30 seconds. There was road noise. Otherwise it was nice.
