The K9 Cottage is 1200 sq.ft. home with TONS of Amenities for your stay. We feature Pottery Barn, West Elm, Restoration Hardware, Williams Sonoma, and Crate and Barrel as our suppliers of our furniture and soft goods.The K9 Cottage is a 2 Bedroom, 1 Bath 1200 sq. ft. home that is ALL YOURS!

The Living Room is decorated in modern industrial furnishings and loaded with fun diversion: books, games, Roku TV (Netflix, Hulu included) full bar, etc... If you MUST get some work done, we have provide a large work desk with great lighting and scanner / printer to ensure you can get the 'requirements' done and enjoy the diversion.

The Dining room provides comfortable seating for 6 and a great view into the back yard. If you like to entertain, open the french doors and invite your guests to flow onto the deck. The space works very nicely to set a buffet in the kitchen, general table space in the dining room and social and cocktail space on the deck.

The Kitchen has tons of space and is well equipped with high quality cook ware and almost everything you could need. The bright and spacious Kitchen Aid cafe refrigerator provides enough food storage for a small army or 2 teenage boys. There is plenty of counter space for food preparation, and a microwave for those rushed moments and a halogen range / convection oven to ensure you can produce amazing meals. I have cooked Turkey Day dinner for 25 out of this kitchen without breaking a sweat...

The Bedrooms are furnished with West Elm and Pottery Barn furniture and super comfortable brand new Serta mattresses. The Mid Century room has a king bed. The Traditional room with Mahogany furniture and Leather also provides a king bed. Both rooms have 600 count Egyptian cotton sheets, hypoallergenic down comforters and pillows. (synthetic fiber available if requested).

The Laundry Room on the lower level provides front loader washer and dryer with room to process all your laundry including ironing board and more hangers than you hopefully need...

Your reservation is for the entire property. You will be the only guest and have full use of everything.

I am often traveling for work, however I have a property manager that is available 24/7 to assist with any emergency needs that may surface.

Berwyn is located on the Philadelphia MainLine with easy access to Philadelphia downtown via SEPTA; King of Prussia Shopping; Chesterbrook, Malvern, and Great Valley corporate centers; Valley Forge Park; all the MainLine Universities.

Comfortably 2 off street parking spots in driveway. 4 cars fit easily with a juggle.

We LOVE pets.

We DO NOT charge a pet fee!
(Please leave the bungalow in the same condition you find it. If we find muddy prints, furry pillows and tumbleweed fur balls, we will have to claim $200 against security for deep cleaning)

The fenced back yard is great to let your pups go play while you sit and enjoy the fire pit.

I provide throw sheets EVERYWHERE if your pets like to be on furniture, please use them to keep everything nice for the next guest.

There is space on the lower level of the house. It is finished and in the process of becoming a theater room. It has a full size futon that sleeps 2 cozy. We do not advertise the house as 3 bedroom as this is more a space available when needed vs a daily use location.
