Our room was spotless, nice towels, wonderful bed and bedding. The Holiday Express staff was pleasant, quick check-in. Coffee available anytime at the front breakfast area. We haven't had breakfast yet, wich is included with your stay. Mini refrigerator and microwave in room. Price was reasonable, we would stay here again.

This area is very sad. The community is on its heals. The hotel had a fire 3 days before in the laundry. Lobby smelled of and thw rooms were not clean. The breakfast was good and the front desk staff was good, but other staff was unfriendly.

My only complaint is the size of the room. There was only 3 of us and the room was so tiny. Everything else was wonderful. Check in/out was quick and easy and the breakfast was one of the best ive ever been to.

We arrived 2 hours early and they wanted to charge us $50 to check in early, even though the room was ready. The room was $200 for the night and the wanted to charge 25% for two extra hours even though it was no extra work for them. In over 40 years of traveling I have never been charged for early check in!

I'm a simple man: AC worked well, continental breakfast was good, check in was smooth, room was clean with a comfy bed. Oh, and let me compliment Holiday Inn on this: they never fail to have outlets and charging ports on BOTH sides of the bed. Too many hotels make no effort to make outlets accessible in the age of chargers.
