Our stay at the Frazer/Malvern PA Holiday Inn, was 'so' delightful. The staff were very professional and helpful, especially Ms. Soisa, who couldn't do enough to make our 2-night stay a pleasant experience. The hotel was very quiet and clean, especially the dining area where we enjoyed a hot Continental breakfast each morning. The one suggestion what my husband and I would make, is to request that you have the window cleaners periodically clean the window glass area outside each room, so that your guests aren't disappointly surprised by a dirty window when they open the drapes.
