The minute we walked in to the Courtyard Marriot in Malvern, was sure pleasure! Warm greeting and friendly staff all around. We had a delicious breakfast at the bistro restaurant inside the hotel and than another fantastic meal in the evening. Staff looking for people to assist Even the front desk girl came to me to see if she could take my dirty dishes and made sure everything was going well. The room was spectacular and the beds were so comfy, I felt like I was sleeping on a cloud Kudos to all of you for making our trip so grand !

I had a terrible experience at the Homewood Suites Malvern in which I checked out 10 mins after checking in and viewing my room. I came over to Courtyard and checked in last minute and pretty late. The experience was the polar opposite of my exp with Homewood. The team was kind, quick and professional. I received great service throughout our stay. A young lady, whose name I believe is Jasmine, went out of her to assist me with aquarium tickets. The hotel was in pristine condition. The room perfect. As a mom of two young boys, cleanliness, convenience and helpful assistance. I would have given 5 stars but the pool was super cold. I stop doing Marriott because it's a bit costly but I've learned my lesson. My points expired but I won't let that happen again. Thank you to whole team there.

Jasmine , Tiffany and Kayla from the front desk, so friendly and always make you feel at home when arriving and leaving the hotel. Okkachia for offering anything he could to go out of his way for the client, even helped provide advice on clean eating - unbelivable advice! He should write a book. Jareck was the "Jack of all trades" willing to help with his beautiful smile. Gigi from the Bistro felt like the "mom" making sure you had warm coffee and something helathy to eat. Extremely grateful for everyone! I stay at tons of hotels every year and this one has the best staff and is very clean. I am business traveler, so these hotel stays can be tiresome. Thank you all for elevating my mood while working on a tedious work project.

We stayed as a soccer team at this Courtyard. We have been doing this for many years at various locations and hotels. I will say this hotel is the model how all of them should work. The staff was outstanding. All the lady's from the evening front desk, to the morning staff were friendly and hard working. I know that hosting a hotel full of kids and parents may not be the easiest but they did great. The breakfast was included and instead of a mass of people crowding the breakfast area, they had each room submit their order the night before. At the time selected the food was ready at the lobby bar area right in time. This was a smooth and efficient process and others should use it as a model. Hotel was clean and quiet. Charlie who was the Saturday night front desk person did a great job also. Sorry I didn't get others names.....Thanks again.

I frequent Marriott hotels and my family of four was staying here with points because we had no power at home. I was told at check in that once we were in the room, we could not be asked to leave even if the hotel was booked. The woman at the front desk explained that this was the hotel’s policy and we could extend our stay on a day- to-day basis. We extended our stay after the first night without a problem. When we tried to extend our stay to a third night, we were told by the same woman that the policy changed yesterday and we would have to leave. There was no apology for giving us incorrect information that we relied upon. In fact, when we asked her if this was the “Marriott Way”, she responded that the hotel wasn’t actually owned by Marriott. I am rethinking my allegiance to Marriott based on the poor treatment we received.

After being turned away from another hotel due to power outage on 04-Mar-2018, we quickly contacted Marriott and booked 2 rooms here. We were in town for my mother's funeral and needed to get into rooms right away. When we arrived at the hotel, we learned that the rooms we booked were not yet ready. The front desk staff member was able to switch our room type so that we could immediately get into rooms and not have to wait for our originally booked rooms to be available. We were traveling with my 2 year old son who was staying in the hotel room with a family member while we attended the viewing. During this time, my son was hoping to get some ice cream and the hotel was out of it. James from the Bistro went out to a store to purchase ice cream for my son and the staff personally delivered it to our room. When we returned, we sat at the Bistro to grab some food and drinks. James and Tyler at the Bistro were super friendly, offering their condolences, being so kind to my son, and even sending over a few free items to us. The staff at this hotel made a very difficult time a little easier for us all. I wish all hotels had amazing staff members like this one. Thank you again to everyone that we had the pleasure of interacting with during our stay.

I stayed two nights over the big Philly win Super bowl weekend. The hotel is very new, clean and quiet. I had a nice clean room and it was perfect for a good nights sleep. I will stay here again on my next visit to the Philly area in April.

The staff here is amazing. The Hospitality is wonderful. Charli, Kayla, and Jarek were wonderful. Their service is what I will call a wonderful example of what good customer service is supposed to be. My family enjoyed ourselves and will be back. This Marriott is the best one in Pennslyvania and you would enjoy the experience. The rooms are clean, and the food is amazing at their restaurant!!

My sons hockey team recently stayed at this hotel. Our stay was the best, by far, when it comes to a hotel managing several hockey teams in one stay. And my family has done this several times a year for several years, so we KNOW when we have it good. From your housing us all on the same end of the same floor (our team had early games and an therefore early curfew- and it was nice to not hear a soul in the hallway) to your having movies for the kids WITH POPCORN! to the kindness of your staff. (Alexis was the best!) It is my hope that you become a model hotel for tournaments in the future, and that our schedule puts us back with you again soon.

I have been staying at the Courtyard for a few weeks for work and i have nothing but good things to say about it. The location is great, the rooms are clean and the staff is probably among the best in the US that I have interacted with. They are nice, courteous, helpful and always find ways to make your stay comfortable - be it at the front desk or the bistro. Their shuttle bus service is also very convenient for when you need emergency transportation.
