From start to finish it was great. The restaurant in the hotel(245) was very good. We reserved one of the igloo dining tents outside. They warned us it was very cold but we wanted the experience so we didn’t mind. Only thing I would suggest for them is to either not charge or add more heat

Very comfy stay in an above average hotel. It had lots of nice amenities & some areas with room for updating or improvement. Overall, we were very satisfied with our stay

I love the atmosphere above all. The building sits on Lake Erie and the views are amazing. What I didn’t like is that check-in isn’t until 4pm ,yet they want you checked out by11am. I also didn’t care for the fact that when we had a problem and needed to get ahold of someone it was virtually impossible! Trying to get an actual person on the line just doesn’t seem to happen. I will stay here again,but these are my only complaints.
