The staff was friendly, the hotel lessons were great, the pool was a nice plus. The food was what I would expect (very average), the hotel room was dirty, the common areas were dirty, and overall, it was very expensive for what you get.
We have stayed here before - it has become an annual thing with family from out of state. Always a great time. Love the lodge. Food and service very good. Slopes are fun. Enough for all levels. Mountain staff (those at the lifts, rescue team, rental staff) are very nice and helpful. Overall, we always have a great experience.
Had a great visit. Very clean and beautiful hotel. Will definitely come back soon
Beautiful resort. We were only here for one night but we will definitely be back.
Quiet ,Clean, peaceful ..I love it..The Only bad review it the mattresses are really hard no confortable..
Things that needed improving were the water pressure in the shower - hardly there was hard taking a shower. And also we had a patio/balcony with seating but this area was unswept & dirty.
Liked - frig, microwave, and key rig in the room. Nice and clean. Disappointed- stayed 2 nights and housekeeping never came in my room. Had to go to front desk to get coffee, etc to replace what I used. I was alone so had enough towels.
Beautiful grounds, asked about trails, more interested in signing waiver then info for trails.
The room was very clean and throughtout the property.
The property was very well cared forI’m a staff was very pleasant
