Quiet ,Clean, peaceful ..I love it..The Only bad review it the mattresses are really hard no confortable..

Things that needed improving were the water pressure in the shower - hardly there was hard taking a shower. And also we had a patio/balcony with seating but this area was unswept & dirty.

Liked - frig, microwave, and key rig in the room. Nice and clean. Disappointed- stayed 2 nights and housekeeping never came in my room. Had to go to front desk to get coffee, etc to replace what I used. I was alone so had enough towels.

Beautiful grounds, asked about trails, more interested in signing waiver then info for trails.

The room was very clean and throughtout the property.

The property was very well cared forI’m a staff was very pleasant

Great for families. Staff is super friendly and accommodating. Clean rooms and great food choices for kids and parents alike.

Loved it, my family enjoyed our stay!! Highly recommend.

Beautiful and scenic Nice rooms The best place in 50 miles

My husband and I checked in late last weekend and were greeted by two lovely front desk staffers. Upon realizing they did not have the room we booked, they offered us a two story suite which was lovely! Unfortunately, our stay (and ultimately our decision to never return) was due to our breakfast experience at the Trail Creek Cafe. Backed up, the cashier, Jenna, assured us that they would expedite our easy breakfast order so we could check out on time. Otherwise, the wait was 45 minutes. We waited for 40 minutes and went to check on our food. Jenna informed us there were still 8 orders ahead of ours and that they didn't end up putting ours earlier. When I asked why she didn't let us know, she rudely responded that that was not part of her job. No apology. And she proceeded to act annoyed when I asked for a refund on our order that we could not longer wait for, because we had to check out. According to other folks waiting near us, she was as equally rude and misleading with them as she was with us. We left hungry and annoyed and will not return.

My family loved our suite at Bear Creek. The hotel was very clean and comfortable. The pools and hot tubs were very awesome and lots of fun. One inconvenience was having to purchase beers and refreshments all the way on the other side of the resort and bring them all back to the pool area. The management should consider keeping the restaurant by the pool open throughout the afternoon and evening in the summer to facilitate the enjoyment of your guests. Getting drinks for our family was just too much work on vacation!
