Rooms were very spacious and CLEAN! Breakfast was terrific, pool and hot tub were an added bonus in the winter. Even more important, the front desk and manager addressed every single question and request we had for our group of 8. Thank you so much! I’ll be back in the spring with my mom for Sight & Sound tickets!

I have traveled a lot in my life and seen a lot of hotels. But I have to say I was so impressed with this one. The rooms were clean and had great space. The breakfast had many many options and was well staffed with very hard workers who kept it stocked and clean. I was very impressed watching how hard and fast they worked. But most of all how friendly the front desk was. We were checked in by Shaii who I had to get her name to tell everyone about. She was friendly and kind and answered all our questions on were to find stuff and how to get to places. She even took time to tell us about the decor and gave us a warm holiday feeling being there like we were apart of the family. I wish more hotels were like this. They showed rear caring for family and customer service. I would strongly recommend this to anyone and will be staying there next time I am in the area.

Loved the room. Didn't hear any noise and we were next to a busy road. The bed was really confirtable. The breakfast had a wide variety of both hot and cold food. Always had coffee and or tea available. We will definitely stay here again.

Room was clean, we were greeted and checked in promptly. This is our 4th year staying here. Location is great for the American MusicTheater and Sight and Sound. Outlet stores next door. Breakfast was good, and tables cleaned off quickly. Note that ut faces Route 30, so rooms facing front may have truck/street noise.

The sofa bed was much like sleeping on the floor. When I opened it the first thing I saw was a huge stain. Slept in the chair for duration of stay. Although it was very early morning 3 times I went for coffee which was either cold or in one instance one of the pots wasn't even there. All in all I and my family were disappointed . You could certainly tell the difference between when this hotel was Raddison which we stayed at twice and what it is now. So in the end the next time we visit Lancaster I believe we will be staying elsewhere.

We stayed here for a ladies Christmas shopping trip. It was a nice hotel with a good breakfast and is in Avery convenient locations to a lot of shopping

Very clean, spacious room. Upon arrival we were informed that we were given a room upgrade to a room with a jacuzzi, but unfortunately we didn't have the time to use it. The hotel is convenient to plenty of shopping, is right across from Dutch Wonderland and plenty of dining options, all within walking distance. The American Music Theatre is only a couple of miles away. There is plenty of well lit/safe parking. The lobby was clean and the front desk was very friendly, as was all of the staff. The young lady at the front desk was very nice and helpful. The breakfast had a wide variety of food to choose from. We have stayed there before and will defiantly stay there again when we are in the area.
