Overnight stay to break up a long drive. Bed was comfortable. Pillows a little small for a king size bed. Slight smell of cigarette smoke in lobby and room although no smoking is allowed.

I booked for the wrong day on Orbitz, fixed it at the front desk and paid for the room and then the Wingate refused to respond to any inquiries from my cc company or orbitz to allow for the credit. That is they tried to charge me twice and would not cooperate to get it fixed. Amazingly, they never answered any of the phone numbers on the web. The national Wyndham number put me into their customer service loop which is designed to make you quit and is staffed by folks speaking indecipherable English who were famously not helpful. If they can't answer the phone staying here is a bad idea.

Although we chose this motel with an average price, we got a substandard experience. A breakfast was advertised but not available. Nothing was clean & a lot of things needed repair. Peeling paint, worn out sheets, scary, but sweet, staff. Probably need to close this location.

The building needs maintenance. The elevators sounds like is going to broke any moment. One customer was upset and the front lady did not want to give the phone number of the manager. The front lady with blue hair was very rude and loud.

I did not like that the place did not provide some sort of breakfast.

We saw several bugs in the room, the heat/AC did not work properly. Staff were very unprofessional. One day they were arguing with 2 guests in the lobby. The following day 3 staff members were loudly arguing in the lobby.

We stayed at the hotel 2 years ago when it was a DoubleTree. It has taken a nosedive since. Carpets are filthy. Walls peeling. AC extremely loud and barely working. Bathroom sink cracked. Bathtub faucet broken. No exhaust (not working) in the bathroom to vent out steam. Large amount of dust/dirt behind chairs, shelfs, etc; as if nothing has been moved to be cleaned in over a year.

Dawn at the front desk was awesome!! I would definitely stay here again!! The rooms were very clean and spacious!!

The first room our a/c did not work, they moved us to another room. The elevators made noises and were very slow this made us nervous to use them. The walls are very thing so we could hear people talking and kids running down the hallway after midnight

Outdated hotel they are not cleaning the rooms on a daily basis also a lot mold on the bathroom

I had no idea because no where did it state you need a $100 cash deposit so that was the first inconvenience. Secondly it was 3:18pm and i was heading to my room that WAS NOT EVEN READY AND NO HOUSEKEEPER TO BE FOUND . Had to wait in the hallway with 8 bags till it got done. That’s the 2nd inconvenience ! The icing on the cake was me waking up with my body on fire from being hit up by bedbugs and ticks !

I travel often for work and usually end up staying at hotels regularly. I made a reservation at this hotel which I have done before. The customer service was horrible. The first thing that was told to me was that if I would have been a few minutes late I would no longer have a reservation. Not a hello, good evening, how can I help you, NOTHING! Then when handed my boss's debit card, Which is how I have always done in the past, he says that he never received a debit card authorization form. I explained to him that I never had to do that before. He rudely said that thats the rules and that he will let it slide this time. After his repeated rude behavior, he then pushes the room key under the window and says, "You've been here before you know where your room is!" Very rude. Will not be staying here ever again.

Quick check in. Convenient location. Clean premises

They charge my charged my card at check in when we wanted to use a different card. At check out they said orbits did it, if so you over draft my card. Also no breakfast, no maid service, room was dirty. At check out manager said I was a bad customer and over complaining because I'm white.

Furniture in the room need updating. The mattress was worned out. The bench was ripped and worn. I requested and purchased a room with a king bed only to arrive at the site where king room was already sold out.

The room was clean the bed was comfortable,The parking lot was messy i guess because of the customers that come in,seems to be regulars but “interesting” so they Trash the place.overall experience ok especially for the price!!
