Staff was pleasant. Breakfast was a cold bar breakfast, so not adequate if you're looking for a heartier start to the day. The main reason for the low rating however is that they use horrible polyester sheets that made sleeping very uncomfortable. Won't be back and will have to call ahead to any other Spark Hotels before booking.
