Price wasn’t bad. Check in provided minimal information but went smoothly. Hallways smelled of smoke. Vacuuming above us at 8:45am. TV remote worked intermittently. Walls are thin, you hear EVERYTHING. Picked this for the free parking, bar/restaurant, and continental breakfast. No breakfast or restaurant due to covid. Certainly understandable but that should’ve been noted when making the reservation.

This was my first time at this hotel I reserved 2 rooms. The pric.e was great. At the time it had 3.7 rating which is cool. Check in was easy but the front desk staff didn't say much just checked me in and pointed me to the end of the hall to the elevator. There was paper printed signs all ver the walls saying that portions of the hotel was reserved for another company. Pittburgh has been hotspot for Covid-19 and I did not see any signs of this hotel trying to disenfect and keep the premises santized as much as possible. Everything about this hotel was dirty. The elevator floors look like they had not been attended to in a while. The chrome fixtures in the elevator was extremely dirty. Several of the light fixtures in the hall ways leading to our room were dirty and had signs of watewr damages. Some of the fixtures where hanging off. I got you 1or 2 rooms. As always I checked the bed (sheets) and bathroom. Immediately notice on one of the bed the white comforter has stains on it. When I pulled it back the sheets had stains a well. I called the front desk to report it and request another room. SInce they could not accomidate me havinf my 2 rooms next to each other or on the same floor I asked if I could just get some frsh linen. I went to inspect the bathroom. Disgusting! There was poop on the back of the tiolet seat hange and I mean s significant amount. I called to the frot desk to report it and requested another room. I was like a maze trying to get back down to the first f

There was an odor in the hotel. The room was not very clean. There was no Housekeeping on at 8:00AM.

Great hotel close to Downtown. Very convenient and good value for the price. A few things could be improved. 1. Beds seem to be old. I could feel the steel springs. Time for update. 2. Bath tub drains should be cleared. 3. Business facilities like printer/computer would be nice.

The property is in proper condition for ones expectations. The one thing I note is that the room air systems are efficient and quiet; the showers are constant and forceful; TVs are clear and responsive; breakfast is simple and consistent; coffee is well brewed and hot. Just a good place and I suggest if it’s priced right that it’s if the best choices in the area

This hotel is in a great location and they have one young lady who is professional and is normally there all the time. Other that this place need a lot of help. The smell of mildew is extremely strong and the rooms are not in good condition. The price is cheap but I won’t be coming back.

The staff was friendly and helpful. My floor had a Smokey smell to it, but everything was clean.

Very good stay for the prize. They didn't have refrigerator or microwave in our room. There is a microwave in the lobby area (business center). Breakfast was very plain (bread was not fresh). I took some tea bags for the room one night from the breakfast area, I got an angry look for doing so, even I asked for permission. I never ended up using them, so I left them in the room.

You might want to check the ice machine on ground floor it is nasty underneath. I think you need a little more stuff or your breakfast menu

It was clean but the people need to be nice an smile a little

The beds were good and the bathroom was big. The back or side doors did not lock at night which could be a safety issue.

No restaurant anymore, not enough towels in room, elevator slow , breakfast could of been way better changed with new ownership seems that they went cheap no transportation

I did not know I had complimentary breakfast. Front desk should of mentioned it during check in
