I like the style and layout of the rooms. Wi-Fi was shotty though.

Outward appearance was very nice facility, however we were put in the basement with painted concrete floors. the floors were dirty and stained. Certainly not worth the cost of the room! The onsite café food was overcooked, How can you ruin an Omelet, they need to get a new cook. Café Service staff was very slow.

Much nicer stay than any chain hotel! Beautifully decorated, very quaint and private. The only discomfort we had was the heat doesn't go up even when you turn it up. They have it locked on the inside of the thermostat. I felt it was chilly. They gave me a partial refund. If I went in a different part of the year we would not have had any issues. We did like the place alot.

Everything was exceptional! Service, facility and dining!!

Great staff!!! Super friendly and accommodating. Very clean room, lobby and outside. Nice and quiet.

Great hotel, superb amenities, wonderful staff. We loved our stay.

I stay quite often there, and usually it is a comfortable and enjoyable experience. However, this time there were a couple of issues that marred my visit. The person staying at the adjacent room was extremely inconsiderate to other guests. He had the TV volume quite high until late at night (11 PM), and lowered it only after I called the front desk to complain about the noise. Then he had the alarm clock set up to ring at 4:45 AM, which is loud and was well heard in my room. Instead of turning it off, he kept hitting the snooze button, and the alarm went off every 10 minutes for over an hour. He ignored any attempts to contact him to stop it. Eventually, I asked to be moved to a different room at 5:50 AM. I did not get a good night sleep that time. The alternative room was fine, but they forgot to clean it the next day (I stayed for 2 nights total). I know the staff is limited to what they can do with discourteous guests, but this was not a pleasant experience. I will be back to stay at The Inn, it is usually a good hotel, but hope to have a vastly improved visit next time.

Very friendly staff - beautiful room. We intend to stay here again!

good restaurants and bar. Spa excellent. Rooms need updating: new mattresses etc.

we got to the room first thing i noticed was dust on the end tables it looked like the place wasn't dusted or vacuumed in a few weeks i asked the bell person for some extra towels because i had a small child with me she told me that they should have some even though the laundry was not working & she will get some to me soon - really? this is 4 star hotel they should have that readily available i her to recommend anything touristy around, she told me she will get package together for me when i get to the front desk & she will tell me where to go to. after she left i noticed that we had 2 tv sets and only 1 remote the bathroom had toilet paper which was almost depleted & by the way the toilet paper was 1 ply the cheapest you can buy definitely not 4star hotel material. after we settled in we decided to go out sightseeing i went down to front desk & what a surprise the girl was not there she left no package for me i told the front desk person that there was only 1 remote & asked for extra towels i also asked for a guide for sightseeing he was kind enough to give me a map and tell me about few local sites when we got back at night to the room there was a remote but no towels i went to take a shower and the shower head fell off nearly hitting my head i hand tightened it the beds were horrible my lower back still killing me. next day they made up beds - no extra towels, no toilet paper, there no pens or paper to write on in the room - this place just sucks

Great girls' weekend but would definitely go back for a romantic night out with my husband too

Breakfast is fantastic, love the quaintness and location of the Inn. Over all it is very very clean and very classy. Decor is interesting. Not my favorite but seems to work and make the place more interesting. Restaurant seems to be very pricey but to each their own. Loved the hotel bar and breakfast. Huge vanity in bathroom and the overall size of the room is amazing. Makes this a gem. A must stay.

We loved our stay at The Inn! I took my wife away for an early anniversary trip (22years!) and was hoping for a real retreat. I have booked B&Bs and other nice hotels, only to arrive and find that they were not all they promised. Not the case with the Inn at Leola Village. We stayed in one of the Poolside Suits with a fireplace jacuzzi tub and enormous waterfall shower. The kingsize bed was comfortable and the room was impeccable decorated, clean, and vary large. The grounds are lovely, the breakfast was fabulous and the staff are professional, kind, friendly and prompt. It was truly a retreat that will be hard to top for our next anniversary. A big Thank you to Mark, who works the night shift, for convincing me to make a reservation. You did not disappoint!

Guest, thank you for the great review. We’re so happy you loved the restaurants: Osteria Avanti & Te and cannot wait to have you back at the property as well. I hope you had a chance this beautiful weekend to explore the property and wander the walking paths and wedding gardens. Look forward to hosting you again.
