First the good. The property looks good. Inside it feels clean. The "continental" breakfast is outstanding. The bathroom is spacious with big, clean thirsty towels. Beds and pillows are more than adequate. The heat/ac worked well. Now, the bad. Lighting is poor in the room with no reading lights over the bed. To my surprise the room is half carpeted, which I am against, especially since they are a "pet friendly" hotel. I love pets, but I don't want to stay in a room after them. Sooner or later Fido marks his territory. Fleas and ticks are easily transferred. We asked for another room after checking in as there was a "musty" smell. Looking back, it could have been the AC that needed a filter change. The toilet was the lowest I have ever sat on. Weird. It would work if you have kids. The shower pressure was extremely low. It was actually too low. The water could have been a bit hotter. I'm all for businesses saving money, however with what we paid, cutting here was unacceptable. Lastly, the "ugly". Upon checking out we wanted to stop by the Front Desk to say "Thanks". There was a truly miserable elderly person at the Desk. We can only guess she was an owner??? My wife said, "May I have one of those delightful hand creams you leave for people in the room?" In a nasty tone she said, "No, that's why we stopped ordering them". Well sweetheart, you saved yourself 29 cents and received the review this hotel deserves. Bottom line friends, stay elsewhere.

We liked our stay very much. We were not expecting such a beautiful suite! Was not crazy about the pool. It was small and there was no just adult times. When my husband and I wanted to swim it was just too crowded. But swimming was not why we came so it certainly did not effect negatively our stay.

Very comfortable and convenient stay close to many stores and restaurants in the area. Room was clean, neat, and welcoming. Halls and common areas were also clean and neat and well taken care of. Building felt safe and quiet through the night and even at late hours.

I would most certainly return to this hotel. Room VERY large and nice sitting area. Felt more high end than shown. EXCEPT for the love seat couch that looked as if it had been picked up on side of road. Other than that, loved it.

The staff was very friendly and helpful , the facility was well maintained , Room was good size very clean and comforable. wish the pool was open till 10 pm didn't get a chance to enjoy it

Be careful at check out.

We were checked out at 9:30 but we never checked out. We took our luggage to the car ate breakfast. We went back to our room to refresh and housekeeping was just finishing it cleaning our room. It was 9:30 and check out was at 12:00. And yes, we had our Do Not Disturb sign in the lock. No one took responsibility, which is sad. GM was not in, no one in management was there. So they couldn't compensate us. Very very disappoit

Decent hotel.

The breakfast was terrible and the internet in room 317 was unusable. Overall a nice hotel. I have stay here 3 times in total and will do so again but please fix the internet and use real eggs for breakfast.

Overall it was a great stay, Friendly, helpfull staff, and clean. We had an issue with the AC leaking and the front desk girl helped us move to another room. We will absolutley stay here again.

The property was acceptable, however it was too expensive for the amenities that were provided. Breakfast was simple and not very tasty. The boiled eggs were cold,, dry and rubbery.

First off, they didn’t have the room I wanted on the third floor at the saying they could get it for me. My wife suffers all allergies from dogs and cats. They said this room did not have dogs or cats in it. She was sneezing most of the time the room was dirty And upkeep of the building inside was poor. Will never go back to this hotel again
