This is an older motel, but it well kept and clean. It is good for an inexpensive overnight stay. The staff was very friendly and expressed that we should be sure to let them know if we weren't happy with anything. The breakfast didn't have eggs or meat. It was mostly carbs like cereal, frozen waffles and bread products, but there was milk and yogurt and some fruit.

Clean, quiet, safe, and quaint. Very friendly & hospitable hosts & staff. Easy parking, nice breakfast, and all around a great place!!! Highly recommended and we will visit again!!!

The motel was nice and convenient. What I disliked most was the fact there was no coffee in the morning. Not even a small pot in the room to make yourself.

(U) Staff was nice, but the facilities are certainly run down. There was also (not their fault) the foulest sulfer smell to the air in the morning which made everything smell horrible. I'd be wary of staying here again. Bathroom 'amendities' included a half-used bottle of shampoo left by previous guest. It was very nice to have a TV remote and channel listing on the bedsidie.
I found out i could have gotten a lower rate from their website. It was a privately owned motel and owner was attentive. I would stay there again.
Good beds clean short on towels no coffee maker was quiet
Liked that the staff is friendly, room was clean, and in a great location. The only suggestion I have is to have pen/pencil and paper in each room. Would go stay there again for sure.
It was a quiet area off the highway. Reasonable rate for late. Spring and for a tourist area. Very basic motel, but clean

I stayed here for 1 night. The room was very nice. Nothing fancy but it everything I needed. It is very convenient to the main road in Lancaster, PA. The staff was exceptionally friendly and very courteous. I would definitely stay here again!.
If you are looking for a nice, clean room that is of good size and a price that is reasonable, this is probably your place. If you are looking for fresh doughnuts every morning, go next door. The hot water was warm enough for this time of year, but if it is not hotter in the winter I would not be pleased with it. The property and grounds are very well kept and the owner or manager is very pleasant and also very helpful
The Wi-Fi and the TV service were horrible. Wifi was very inconsistent and the TV only had infomercials and news on. Rooms were clean, but only stocked with 2 towels for family of 3 and when rooms were cleaned they didn't even refernish an extra roll of toilet paper so we had to go and ask. Would not stay again - too inconvenient to have to ask for things and get wifi to work.
