I like how clean there rooms were and the location.

Admittedly i was looking for the lest expensive hotel so my only demand would be cleanlyness and i wasnt disappointed. The bathroom was sanitary the linens were perfectly clean and the beds were comfortable and neatly turned down. My only complaint would be seeing continental breakfast inculded is a bit of a stretch. Maybe its asking alot from a buget hotel but Ive seen alot of "continental breakfasts" and theres a wide range. I wasnt expecting an omelet station but at least cereal, some fruit, maybe begals or toast. All they had was a pot of coffee some orange juice and small prepackaged danishes and muffens the ones you get for 50 cents and a bottega. If thats not important to you I would definitely recommend this place its quiet, quaint fits in nicely with the area. Its very close to alot of local atractions and although we didnt get the chance you use them the pool, playground and picnic gazebo looked nice.

The staff were very pleasant. The motel is very quiet. The location is very good, fairly close to stores, fast food, etc.The room was clean, and the mattress was good. For the price, it was a good place to stay if you want a place that is affordable and you're happy with a decent place to stay. Continental breakfast was also basic, but really, at this price, it would be unreasonable to expect something fancy. I would stay here again.

Quiet, comfortable, and convenient. Price was right. Nice people.

Black mold on walls and ceiling, unclean carpet, stains on box spring liner and sheets, rock-hard mattresses and pillows, air conditioner/heating unit did not adjust or work properly, television out of service, and at least a dozen old toilets lining the perimeter of the in-ground pool. Very disappointing.

People and staff were very friendly. Rooms where cozy.

The first half hour of your visit to this motel you will spend cleaning the room. From candy wrappers, to dust, to clogged hair in the sink and bathtub. We got room 9, one bed was completely broken in half in the middle, and the room smelled like cigarettes, despite saying no smoking in the room. There was an ashtray right outside of the room that looked as if it hadn't been emptied in a LONG time. The front desk charged us 20 dollar over the agreed to booking fee from Orbitz, and the person working the desk said that the website was "stupid" and they didn't quote me the right rate. I've never had any trouble with online booking before...

Overall worth the money. Dated rooms, and the beds were lacking. But, the cheapest rooms nearby.

The room was a great deal for me. Clean comfortable and affordable.

ROOM COULD HAVE BEEN A LITTLE CLEANER. GENTLEMAN THAT CHECKED US IN WAS NOT HAPPY WE HAD BOOKED THROUGH ORBITZ BUT WANTED US TO BOOK DIRECTLY WITH HIM

With an Orbitz advertised 48 hour cancellation policy, I attempted to modify the reservation two weeks in advance and was told that that my reservation was nonchangeable by the staff at Orbitz. It turned out to be all right, but what the heck! My stay was for three nights - the room was cleaned and made up after the first night, but not after the second. The general level of cleanliness was good.

Nice for the money. Very reasonably priced, breakfast could have been better. Very quiet.
