The motel is located in the heart of Amish country with lots of horse drawn buggies everywhere.

1 st room they gave us hadn’t been cleaned from previous guest, next room was ok but could use a good cleaning, old soap in shower, cobwebs in corner of vanity, floors need a good vacuuming but beds we clean. Whole room was in bad shape door had most of the paint peeled off and was hard to lock and unlock. Nothing like pictures posted for hotel or we wouldn’t have reserved it.

Nice quiet location. Property is dated. Ok for the price, if you are looking for a bed and shower.

It is clean, but definately needs an upgrade. It is outdated. The breakfast options could use some variety. We only had the same options all 3 mornings.

Could use updating especially painting in room. Parking not the best had to park w At behind building on opposite side of where our room was.

Pleasant staff on check in and check out. Free breakfast was minimal but nice. We enjoyed fresh toasted bagels with cream cheese, coffee and juice. Pool was very refreshing. Rooms were old and a bit run down but clean & comfy.

Unfortunately, nothing was pleasant. The property is old and in need of paint and repair. Cob webs great you in the area just adjacent to office. Upon opening the door I was greeted with two, completely unmade beds. The rugs were old and it looked just unclean. I turned around and immediately walked out. The gentleman at the desk was nice but the property horrible.

No breakfast always came with breakfast other then that no complaints.

Scenery was beautiful. Internet and breakfast was good.

We have stayed here several times. Quiet area and close to attractions.

Nice old hotel. Breakfast so so but there. Lots of junk out back. Clerk was difficult. Asked for slightly late check out to accommodate a phone meeting. He refused. had to insist that 1) it was really needed; 20 standard request for travelers in hotels. he was unhelpful. Had to twist his arm for help. Requested room on 2nd floor. Hotel was 1/2 empty, yet he refused this also. His customer service sucks. Room was large and nice , however.

It’s like an old shoe, comfortable although worn around the edges. Quiet and clean, just a little dated. Charming, the staff is polite and the Continental Breakfast gets you going. I will stay there again. You can spend twice the money down the street, but why would you if you only wanted a comfy room?

It's a cheap place to stay, but I have seldom been as disappointed in a cheap motel as I was with this one. When we arrived the room was very cold (remember, this is late November). Obviously management is trying to save money by not heating unoccupied rooms. It took quite a while to get to a comfortable temperature. The other disappointment was the continental breakfast. We were told that it began at 7:30am. That is pretty late for breakfast; perhaps management is hoping guests will check out early and not be a drain on breakfast expenses. That explanation seems pretty unlikely since the breakfast pickings were the slimmest I've ever seen, even for this level of establishment. Well, the end of the story is this: no one even showed up at 7:30am to set up the breakfast and unlock the door where it was supposed to take place. By 7:40am we were itching to get out for Black Friday shopping and so we left without eating. When I returned around 9:00am I saw how limited and unappetizing the breakfast was.

I have stayed here 3 times and have had the best sleep in a hotel here . The rooms are quiet and the beds are comfortable. The Hotel is in a great location, Easy to get too all the attractions and restaurants. The room decor is 70's ish and out dated. However, they do have new mattress, pillows, sheets and TV. It's mostly and older crowd that stays here making it a very quiet stay. From my room the only thing i could hear were the Amish racing up and down the street in their buggies. LOL . Be careful driving to the motel. It's on a road heavily travel by the Amish, which is one of the charming things about staying here. This is a true Motor Lodge. I enjoy the retro feel of the place. This might not be very ones cup of tea. I enjoy staying hear and look forward to returning.

Nothing remarkable. Very plain. Not very friendly.

Rooms smelled musty and damp. I will not be back. I'd rather pay more and have cleanliness
