Last minute trip. My wife son a wheelchair so we needed a first floor room. Very happy we were given a first floor room with handicapped accessible bathroom. (Grab bars and high toilet) room was very clean.

The motel was fairly quiet, but there was only 1 chair in the room, and it was not comfortable. The sheets on my bed had holes in them. The room service was not very good. There was no coffee in the room and it was not available until 7 AM.

Hotel room was decent, not quite as updated as photos appeared, but clean and comfortable. The only real negative was the $175 "incidental" deposit required. That is ridiculously high, especially for a hotel that doesn't have any chance of incidental charges (no extras/food available!)

My family has been going to this motel for years. But the recent experience was subpar in regards to cleanliness. The towels, rugs, and bedsheets were stained and dirty. Very disappointed as we’ve even recommended this location to other loved ones. However, with the recent changes in management the quality of the rooms has decreased and we will not visit here again.

We have been staying at this motel for 5 years. We go up to Lancaster at least 4 times a year. This was hands down the worst experience we have ever had at a motel. I am absolutely heart broken at how horrible this place has become. The sheets were stained, the carpet needed vacuumed, the carpet was coming up and there was a putrid smell. We almost left. We will NEVER stay there again. Ever. It went under new ownership last year and it is shame. Do NOT stay here if you want a clean experience.

Very nice motel. Quiet and close to everything. Only 3 issues fridge didn’t get cold. TV had next to no channels and the were some stains on one of the beds. Would recommend.
