The room was clean. My only reason for 4 starts instead of 5 is because no salt was put out in the parking lot. We were parked around back and had to slowly navigate our way through the icy patking lot

The room we were put in had a falling ceiling, you could not walk on the carpets in your bare feet or they would be black, had to keep asking for hand towels and face cloths every day, no plastic drinking cups. We did not receive our $50 deposit back yet and we were there on Oct 8 to 11. It should not take that long to get it back. There was not a great hospitality lounge. coffee, no milk or creamer, only powdered stuff. Parked at the back of the motel where the garbage was and people living in the motel as tenants so children running and playing up and down the stairs. WHEN CAN WE EXPECT OUR DEPOSIT.

The room was ready. It was quiet there which was nice. It is close to eateries and attractions. The heater worked well. Price was reasonable. Parking was not near your door most days, most parking was around the back which is not convenient for near 80 yr old customers. Towels were added daily but the dirty towels laid in the bathroom flloor and had to reuse the bath mat. I finally found plastic wrapped cups in the dusty ice bucket underneath the sink vanity all the way in the back. The blanket was just nasty on one bed (I have a picture)and there was no blanket on the other. Honestly I could not recommend.

Lancaster trip

The room was very tired looking, bedding was old and the room had a bad odor. It was not a comfortable stay. The reviews were very positive so we were very disappointed on seeing how depressing the room actually was. No coffee/tea options in the room, 3 bath tows for 5 guests!

There was a long black hair on the bed sheet under the blanket and several in the shower . The bare minimum of towels were provided. They were small and threadbare. The heater worked great.

The only thing wrong with the room was that there was a small hole in the light brown blanket under the comforter so nothing too bad. Everything else was good. The parking was a bit tight. When I arrived at midnight, I wasn't too sure where to park because the spaces in back and up front were taken. I also noticed there were belongings or something outaide and a woman with a dog and cat were there in the daytime. They had a friend that came to see them. I don't know if they were homeless but a little close for comfort not knowing who they were. Aside from that, I would recommend for a short stay. It's convenient being near Miller's smorgasboard and Dutch Haven.

front desk lady was very nice, hotel needs a good cleaning inside and out, towels needs replaced ours were dirty and dingy, no tolietries except a small bottle of shower gel that smelled awful, wish there was a coffee/tea pot in room, location was good for what we needed and guess you get what you pay for
