Harvest Drive Family Inn

Room was average. There was a microwave, refrigerator, hair dryer, iron. One bed was ok and the other was very uncomfortable. Beautiful views, nice gazebo, cute playground. The Amish restaurant across from the hotel had delicious breakfast. Close to attractions but in a quiet environment.

We stayed seven nights and only one or two nights was it very busy there. Not a lot of people but probably because it's off the main road.

Great location, felt like you were on an Amish Farm.

The hotel was ok in the middle not where the room not was what I expect

Very nice. You can park close to your room. Large parking area.

As a single woman traveling alone I stay at hotels with inside room entrances. However I felt very safe and comfortable at Harvest Family Inn. It was quiet, being surrounded by Amish farms, but was an easy drive to anywhere you wanted to go. Would definitely stay at again.

Good for a one or two night stay. Although the rooms have been updated the moldy smell of the room was at times unbearable. The bed was quite comfortable but I had difficulty sleeping due to the smell. The odor did subside after the AC was left running for the entire night. I was disappointed that ice machine in the laundry room had no ice and that the beverage machine was empty. The location and outdoor seating area and play area are lovely. I quite enjoyed watching the hot air balloon being inflated right there on the lawn. Both desk staff and maid were very friendly and helpful. I would consider recommending and staying here again if the above items could be addressed. It's a jewel in the rough ...just needs a little more TLC. An addition of a small outdoor pool would be a big perk!

This motel is indeed in the middle of the Amish country. The minute you arrive to this place you feel that you are in a different place. The open fields and sky balance well this simple hotel with the right atmosphere. Staff is willing and communicative which helps us to learn more about the surroundings. All in all, this our second stay and we plane to come here again. We brought our friends with us the second time and they love it also.

Quite and away from the Route 30 noise and busyness. The beds sagged in the middle and need to upgrade mattresses and box springs.

I have been coming to this hotel for many, many years. The location is fabulous, off on the back roads, in the country, yet close enough to the shopping outlets. We did miss the microwave that had been in the room the past couple years.

Hotel stay was good. Very quiet at night. Felt good that there were no bed bugs!! The only complaint I have is that the TV keep messing up. I believe that it was the cable (?) company and not the motel. Had plenty of hot water and towels. Had chairs outside the doors so we could sit out and enjoy the farm views and just relax after a day of sightseeing....I would stay here again.

Thank you for the wonderful review! It is possible that the birds were sitting on top of the ac unit as they do extend outside. We call it ambiance :-)
