Only complaint I had was with the locking mechanism on the door. You really had to use a lot of force to get into our room. I had noticed some other rooms were missing the entire system so I would say it is a issue they're currently dealjng with
Room were nice and clean. Breakfast was so so . Breakfast room was crowded, but fairly clean and workers were busy and helpful but selection was poor. Pool was clouded and looked dirty. Did not use it even though we had planned to relax in the pool after driving all day.
We stayed for Amish country but really the hotel was more interesting. The rooms are spotless, though the sheets are a little scratchy. The restaurant was delicious, and the 24 hour coffee, tea, water was a nice touch. However the BEST part of this hotel is the fitness center. It literally had everything ...
We booked the Wine and Cheese train ride in Strasburg and found this hotel thru Orbitz. It was the perfect location to many of the activities we had planned. It was one of the "darkest" hotels when the blinds were closed we have ever stayed at. The bed and pillows were perfect. We loved that we had ...
I was double charged, once for my stay then another person's stay. I did some kind of thing on an app during my whole stay, was suppose to receive $100 gc, I'm pretty sure that was a lie because I haven't been there in almost 4 weeks and nothing. Hotel is very clean. Honestly the thing that's makes ...

Overall the room was very clean, the bed was very comfortable, and the only negative comment I have is breakfast. There needs to be a better way to get the crowd flowing in the breakfast room. My husband, the couple with us, and the other couple at our table all said the same thing about the crowd in the breakfast room and how difficult it was to even get a cup of coffee -- extreme slow lines, too crowded, etc. etc.
No complaints. Clean and friendly. I highly recommend this place to anyone in the area.
We checked in early and got our Caribbean Indoor Water Park passes right away. Excellent front desk staff took good care of us. Rooms were interconnected and comfortable. Breakfast was very good and kept well stocked. Really enjoyed our family stay and highly recommend this hotel!
Comfortable, quiet, relaxing and wonderful breakfast.
