The hotel staff is very friendly. I really liked the fact it is in the heart of Lancaster, close to everything. The bed and pillows were amazingly comfortable too. The breakfast was good and there are plenty of choices. I would stay here again when I visit.
New and modern hotel. Simple room designs with little furniture it’s great bed and tv. They understand what matters to us business travelers. Breakfast could be better with more protein options. No in room coffee but good Java is available in the lobby 24/7

Overall the room was very clean, the bed was very comfortable, and the only negative comment I have is breakfast. There needs to be a better way to get the crowd flowing in the breakfast room. My husband, the couple with us, and the other couple at our table all said the same thing about the crowd in the breakfast room and how difficult it was to even get a cup of coffee -- extreme slow lines, too crowded, etc. etc.
No complaints. Clean and friendly. I highly recommend this place to anyone in the area.
Comfortable, quiet, relaxing and wonderful breakfast.
Enjoyed staying at this location instead of some run-of-the-mill type chain place. Unique and the staff was very friendly. Would definitely go back again.
