Not enough parking, no flexibility for a late check out (asked for 15-30 mins on a Sunday which was “not possible”), strangers trying to enter our room at night, pool overcrowded with unsupervised kids.

The room was great, check in easy, Pool overcrowded... But the noise and staff absolute lack of concern took a 4.5 star review to a ZERO star. The room above us was hosting an amuetur WWE match... The children were constantly going off the high rope... As a parent I am understanding but 10PM should start calming things down to be respectful. At 10:45 we recorded the ceiling shaking and called the front desk. They said they would take care of it... but instead it just grew louder... I think the adults joined in... It continued until 1 AM... We had to leave by 6:00 so waking up at 5:30 after that night was challenging. In over 100 plus hotel stays, this was the loudest and the only time no concessions were offered or a room change... simply I hope your day goes better than your night....

Initial room assignment at preregistration did not meet my expectations. However, a second staff member graciously accommodated my wishes and reassigned this room and one made directly with the hotel for the friends who were traveling with me.

We had the 3 queen bed room. Everything about the stay was perfect. The hotel is clean, the staff extremely courteous and the indoor pool area was amazing. Everything was streamlined from check-in to checkout. Will definitely be staying there again.
