We arrived and just dropped our bags in the room and went to the onsite restaurant which was good. We returned to our suite 45 minutes or so later and there were ants all over the wall and a corner table. Not just 2-3 ants not a big deal but dozens so we called the front desk and they sent maintenance up who immediately radios the management to get up there to see and do something about it for us. She arrived in a few minutes and said she had nowhere for us to go as they were filled up. I said then we want a refund for the 2 nights and we’re leaving. She advised we don’t do full refunds it’s not our policy. So we left it was 10pm at night by then and everywhere was booked so we drove back home the 2 hours and cancelled our plans.

Courtyard view into a Prom
The hotel had a funny smell. We were in a room facing the courtyard and they failed to inform us that there was a prom happening out our window. After the prom there was noise from clean up. Also we were in a corner room on the first floor and the entrance as well as service area and all we heard was doors opening and slamming. Do not let them put you in Room 180.

Not Worth the High Price
If you value your money and a good nights sleep stay away from here. On arrival we actually liked the hotel. Rooms were nice, clean and comfortable. It wasn’t until later that we found out the walls are paper thin! We were in a room right off of an event space. Event ended at 10pm. Fine. But what happened after made us irate! They tore down the event then set up for another……..until 2am!! It sounded like a construction zone and we could not fall asleep. We finally did until the wee hours of the morning when kids went running all over the halls screaming and parents not doing anything about it. So all in all we paid a ton of money for a couple of hours of sleep. I wouldn’t even expect this of a dive hotel! Then when I asked for a manager in the morning to address the issue I was told there wasn’t anyone and they will try and have one call. Not expecting to get one. Stay started off so nice but in no way did I deserve to pay what I did for the experience we had!

Nice room, but skip the restaurants
Stay was nice but we had big problems with room service. We had to call many times before they answered and we were disconnected the first time we did get through. When our food came, it was over cooked and over priced. We got a skillet cookie sundae which was a microwave cooked cookie with a drizzle of chocolate sauce and a prepackaged ice cream cup. As we were tipping over the cup and dumping it on the mushy cookie, we saw that the ice cream had expired over a month ago. We had to toss the whole dessert as the ice cream was all over the cookie, which wasn't very good anyway. Two adult beverages were very watered down.
