nice place to stay; good price; nice room; big, bright spacious bathroom

Check-in staff was not on top of things. We waited 14 minutes to check in, as there was only one employee at the desk. When we checked in, I asked if a key could be left downstairs for the other couple staying in our room because I wanted to go out instead of wait for them. She said that was fine, wrote the name on the card and set it aside. About an hour and a half later, I get a call from my friend that there's no key at front desk and I need to come back. So I get there, and I'm told by the same woman that checked me in that she infact was not who checked me in, and there was no key, if there was a key there'd be a note in the computer. I'm very confused by all this, so I tell her she definitely checked me in. She continues to say she did not, so I quoted her on multiple things we talked about while she checked me in. I showed her where she set the key earlier and repeated what name she wrote on it. She continued to deny having talked to me or setting a key back. Super weird for me to deal with, and a pain in the butt. We went out, and when we returned at 1am, our room keys did not work on our door. I went back to the lobby, waited 8 minutes, and was quickly given new keys, but yikes. Our room was decently clean, but there were details that were missed such as beds being poorly made, trash cans unemptied and smudgy mirrors. Those things don't usually bother me, but figured I'd mention given other staff issues.

Great location in downtown Lancaster, walkable to the Central Market, shopping, and great restaurant options. The property was immaculate and our room was extremely comfortable. We would definitely stay here again.

Food in the restaurant was sub standard, but everything else was great and the staff were all friendly and helpful.

The worst worst WORST experience of our life. We booked this room for OUR WEDDING NIGHT. Wanted a king suite and when we got there they gave it away and gave us a double queen room. But they couldn’t “refund” us because we got the room through a “third party”. AWFUL AWFUL EXPERIENCE. Nothing like being so upset and trying to figure out what to do in a pinch on your wedding night. Would NEVER recommend this site OR that hotel.
