Not the hotel's fault, we were unhappy we could not have an afternoon cocktail in the restaurant without buying food. We had dinner reservations elsewhere.

Very nice and contemporary entrance and rustic look in the rooms which were clean and neat

Outstanding renovation of a historic property. Good color schemes and decorating of rooms. Staff were very friendly and helpful. If a boutique hotel wants to be a top contender it has to to do better on the small details such as no water in the room, a low quality bagged breakfast from CCVID and nowhere to charge a cell phone.

Very nice comfortable restaurant had good food check in was a breeze front desk personal very helpful would recommend great beds good night sleep

Unique place to stay! Definitely still had a factory feel, while offering modern amenities.

Location excellent for getting around; not really close enough to dowtown to walk when after dark. Bathroom needs hooks on door or behind door. Complementary breakfast is excelent, but 3 days is enough since offerings are mkre or less the same every day. We like to open windows; so being on ground floor was not so great. We were in buildinv 9, which needs a good airing generally.

Beautiful old building that is very well maintained. It has a certain charm that you won’t get anywhere else. And it’s in close proximity to a lot of great bars/restaurants. Highly recommended!!!

What a gorgeous hotel! The front desk staff was very cheerful and accommodating. The room itself was very clean and unique. Breakfast the next morning was impressive, fresh and delicious!

nice hotel in a great location, nice breakfast in the morning

Unique architecture. Easy parking. Excellent restaurant. Our favorite place in Lancaster.

I read the reviews about how loud things could be there, but being laid back and low maintenance I figured it would be okay for a 2 night stay as we prefer to support smaller companies as opposed to chains. We were wrong. It was super loud, every time somebody would walk down the hall you could hear it, someone would cough or sneeze 2 rooms away and you would hear it. There is no sound barrier between the walls. The bathroom was small and the shower door swings out into what little space there is in the bathroom. There were no curtains on the windows, just blinds so you could see the parking lot lights all night; even with the blinds shut the light still filtered through. You could hear EVERYTHING happening in the parking lot. The bed wasn't all that comfortable either. They did serve a nice complimentary breakfast. We had stayed at a Holiday Inn the night before in another town, which was hosting a youth hockey tournament--despite this, the Holiday Inn was significantly quieter and more comfortable than the Cork Factory. Save your money and stay at a chain hotel, this was a disappointment. We actually checked out a day early even though we had already paid for the second night because we couldn't stand another sleepless night there :-(

Great hotel - love the refurbished old factory and exposed brick wall theme. Industrial, but quaint and comfortable. Great location too, close to everything.

Beautifully newly renovated hotel. Room was large, clean and very comfortable. Breakfast as a nice selection of food.

Lovely hotel with lots of character. This is definitely where we would stay if we come back to town. The Cork and Cap restaurant was delicious and convenient. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Beautiful period building. But its a horrible hotel. There was a wedding at the hotel and apparently most of the wedding party was staying on our floor. Staff did not make an effort to separate the wedding party from other hotel guests, so we were smack in the middle of corridor banter, yelling, doorslamming that went on until 2am. I went to the reception to complain at 1am but it didn't help much. Rooms have terrible sound insulation. You can hear (and almost make out) the conversation taking place next door. Doors do not have a suspension mechanism like most hotels do. Instead they slam shut, and cause the floors to vibrate. You feel it in your gut, and makes you wake up if you are sleeping. If you are not on the top floor, you would also have to deal with the foot stomps from upstairs, as the building does not havesound insulation. Overall it was a horrible experience. Too bad, since we really loved the atmosphere when we first walked in.

Slept one night but have done so there before. Rooms are spacious and it is a great place to stay
