Slept one night but have done so there before. Rooms are spacious and it is a great place to stay

Fun place to stay - though not walking distance convenient to downtown Lancaster.

We "will" stay at the cork factory in the future. Having said that, the bedding looked like mine looked when I was a bachelor and didn't wash it for 4 weeks at a clip. Rumbled and grey -- not neat at all. Staff was not outwardly friendly although they were accommodating.

The room was OK. I guess I was expecting more. Definitely disappointed there was no HD TV and the TV was rather small. I will give the an A for the food at the Cork and Cap restaurant which is the real high light of this hotel. I sat at the bar which is nicely appointed with a very rustic look and feel. The bar staff was a hit or miss. The first night the bartender was very attentive and engaging, but the second night the bar tender was not, but that does not say the food was not good, which it was.

overall experience would have been 5 star until the day of check out-housekeeping knocked on the door a total of three times between 9a-10:30a-we told them we were checking out at 11am but they didn't seem to comprehend

It was a pleasant experience to stay at this historic hotel. The restaurant has great menu & pleasant surroundings. Free Breakfast was done well.

Slipped away for a few days to celebrate our anniversary. We were pleasantly surprised how quiet and quant this hidden jewel was! Thoroughly enjoyed the rustic ambience mixed with some modern elements. Location conveniently located to major thorofare with easy access to most connecting roads and shopping outlets. Restaurant inside hotel was very charming, and food was excellent. We will definitely plan to return.

Cork Factory is in the city of Landcaster which in itself is a great location. This is coupled with the entire Amish Area which is a great tourist area. The breakfast was continental but well done. The facilities are beautiful since they are converted from an old factory and keep the rich history of the facilities. Old Factory and local area memorabilia plus a great Restaurant aside of the Hotel make this a plus place to go.

This was the second time I stayed at the Lancaster Cork Hotel. It is really a lovely place to stay for work and pleasure. Close enough to walk to Lancaster Brewing Company for dinner and easy to access by driving to and from business meetings. Also, the pub located inside the hotel is wonderful! Great drink offerings for the end of a long day.

The rooms are very cool at this hotel, located in a converted factory. The staff was super nice and helpful and the bed was comfortable. Interesting restaurants and plenty of parking. It's a little odd that the hotel gets so many little things wrong that diminish the experience. Cheap furniture, stained decorative pillow, the cheapest possible plastic ice bucket, picnic cups, beat-up furniture, thermostat that doesn't allow the fan to stay on (so either heat/air goes on and off every 15 minutes). The exercise room isn't very well equipped and on both days I was visiting there were no clean towels and the equipment hadn't been wiped down in ages (to their credit, the staff fixed those problems right away when I called the front desk about them). With a little work and a few upgrades this could be a great boutique hotel.

This hotel is really neat. It is in a group of old factory buildings that have been redone really nicely. Hotel is very polished, rooms are quiet (didn't hear traffic outside) and very clean. We were close to the ballroom on the second floor, a wedding reception was going on that night - never heard a thing. Judging by the fire map on the door the rooms are all different, if I had known that I might have asked for a "neat" room if they were different. Close to downtown and restaurants. Only downside - the a/c in the room was pretty loud when it cycled on and off. That being said, it didn't wake my wife, me or my son up. Would definitely stay here again. We didn't try the onsite restaurant, however, the continental breakfast in the morning was wonderful. The fruit was fresh and very good, large bagels and appeared to be fresh squeezed OJ - wife said that the coffee was splendid.

Really nice building and rooms, but the wood plank floors carry sound like crazy! If you go, stay on the top floor. Nice bar, restaurant and breakfast.

The conversion of this old factory to a hotel was well done. The two queen, upper floor room we had was very spacious and clean. There was no pool contrary to what the info the booking site said. A continental breakfast was included with the stay.

We visited F&M and stayed at Cork overnight. It is a beautiful hotel with lots of character. We had an end room so pretty quiet and very clean. Love shower without bathtub. Could hear some voices/floor creaking from above so I was concerned noise could have been issue. But at night it was rather quiet. Excellent (cold) breakfast with lots of fruit.

Came to the Cork Factory Hotel for a much-needed long weekend get-away. Had a great stay, enjoyed both the hotel and Lancaster. Hotel is stylish, in a converted industrial building. Decor is modern and hip. The location was a bit isolated from downtown attractions. The hotel restaurant, Cork & Cap, was outstanding, with excellent decor, service and food. The complimentary hotel breakfast was good too. Overall, a weekend well-spent, we would do it again.

Loved the hotel, but the accoustics are lousy, could hear the people above our room as if they were in the room. Staff did contact the room above and they reduced the noise level.
