Friendly & welcoming staff. Nice & cozy room with comfortable bed. Lobby area has starbucks. Location is excellent..few miles from outlet mall and other tourist locations.
Lovely facility with helpful and courteous staff. Would definitely recommend this hotel.
There were children running in halls going up and down stairs and elevators, had to call the desk to complain...couldn't sleep.
The reception staff was especially nice and kind. Also a nice bonus that there was a washer and dryer available to use.
We attended a wedding in Lancaster and stayed overnight. Our room was the cleanest we where we have stayed in the last couple years. The staff was so pleasant and friendly, spoke English and were very accommodating. Thanks to all of them for making our stay so delightful!
They had to give us a handicap room which was large compared to the other rooms, the bathroom was great.
The hotel was located minutes away from everywhere I needed to be. The staff was extremely friendly and courteous. The rooms were very clean and had everything you could need for a couple nights stay. Overall I would give this 3.5 stars out of 5.
I originally booked another hotel a few miles away in Paradise. Cancelled with them and stayed here for the rest of my stay. I thought I was in heaven compared to previous hotel. Loved the ambiance of the lobby and staff were very friendly. Room was nice and clean, with extra pillows, blanket for my son on the pull out sofa bed. Would definitely stay here again!
We wanted to shop up in Lancaster and have stayed many places but the Courtyard Marriott by far has been the most pleasing clean and friendly staff yet. Great amenities for the value. Kids enjoyed the lobby , pool and computer center. Kudos courtyard for a great stay. See you again real soon.
Room was nice, and the hotel staff was very polite. The bed was very uncomfortable. The cost was above average for what I expected the hotel to be at that price range. I would consider staying again, but I'd consider many other places that have the same or more amenities at a fairer rate.
Hotel room was clean. Pool was warm in winter and staff extremely friendly.
We spent one night at the hotel, nice place to stay with your family
Stayed here plenty of times and it's always been a great experience.
Having stayed at three hotels in Lancaster in the last week I can say that this hotel offered the best amenities, efficient staff and all this at a reasonable rate. Also, centrally located.
The hotel was very clean. Rooms are set up nice with clean linens and plenty of towels. Hotel staff was very accommodating and friendly.
Clean, quiet, and very friendly staff. Rooms are nicely sized. We were even able to check in 1 hour early. Bed was a bit hard fir me, but my bf had no complaints. A bit pricey, but would return.
Average hotel, linens need downey(stale smell).Checkin staff was great, checking out on Wed a.m. was a very nasty, condescending woman.Breakfast not included & they charge alot more than area restaurants for alot less.Overall u pay too much 4 what u get.Reviews were way off.
I visit Lancaster at least twice a year to see family. Usually spring and fall. This hotel accomodates my needs and is very comfortable. The indoor lobby is a good place to sit and visit. The outdoor lounge area was great as the weather permited. The location lends easy access to the outlet stores without being directly on the main highway, which can be very congested. It is also just minutes away from downtown Lancaster which hosts many art galleries. We attended 1st night which is held the first Friday of each month from spring to fall, where all the shop keepers and art galleries stay open late for browsing and buying. This was my first stay at this hotel in Lancaster and I'm looking forward to staying again in the future.
Just returned from six days at the Marriot Courtyard with my two daughters. Everything was first class. The staff from the front desk to the maids were super friendly and helpful. Everything was immaculately clean. Will definately stay there the next time I'm in Lancaster.
Since it's a fairly new hotel, everything is still fresh. The room and bathroom are both decorated wonderfully, and we always have a great stay while staying here. Tub has a seat too! Can't think of any downsides to this hotel honestly.
