Price for this hotel was a little ridiculous for what we were offered. There was no housekeeping which is a basic for any Hilton/doubletree etc. Cant charge 400 bucks a night and not have housekeeping. Otherwise situation was acceptable at best. Food and morning options could have been better.
Great venue
Staff were extremely friendly and helpful.... they even offered a vacant meeting room for us to use for our prayer services. Overall, our family had a beautiful stay! (Very family friendly hotel... plently of amenities that cater for kids)

Firstly the property is beautiful, the entranceway, lobby, attractive Atrium and rooms are very beautiful, clean and welcoming! The staff, Brooklyn, Michael and others at the front desk were extremely welcoming, polite and professional. Overall, my wife, kids and I had a VERY relaxing and enjoyable stay... and would definitely come back again for a relaxing getaway!!!
We were not told there was a wedding until 10pm. Our room looked out onto the indoor courtyard and the music was extraordinarily loud. I asked the front desk to switch rooms but they were fully booked. My children couldn't fall asleep and our next day was a mess because of the lost sleep.
The staff was very friendly, I was able to relax after the event I visited Lancaster for and Cafe 24 was a great place to dine. Next trip hopefully I’ll get to use the pool.
We liked sitting out by the pond and listened to a little music during their fall fest.
