Great place, clean, friendly, great pools, and Excellent food.

Wanted a good hotel even if for one night. Two day camp at Miilersville necessitated overnight stay. Bathrooms were perfect. Rooms clean. Employees were all cordial and greeted us wherever they met us in hotel, not just at desk.

Hotel was well maintained and had a warm cookie at check in. The king room with jacuzzi was very nice. Our room had no outdoor windows which was a bit disappointing but overall still a great stay.

Taveled to Lancaster PA for business. The hotel was in a good location. It had comfortable rooms and was close to chain restaraunts. Good for business travel and family vacations. I would stay again.

Son had an awesome time at the pool. Though we were there during a holiday weekend, did not feel overwhelmingly crowded.

The bed was really confortable...my only quirk was the jacuzzi. i started the jets and they started blowing out black chunks. i went to the front desk and they did give me 40 bucks off the first night and said it would be fixed...i did recieve the credit but the problem was never fixed. The morning buffet was great and a good value for 12 bucks

My family ( my husband, myself, 3 children)enjoyed our stay at the Doubletree Resort in Lancaster PA. Upon our arrival, we were greeted by very polite staff and served with great warm cookies. Our checkin was very quick. Our room was on the 5th floor. Our room was very clean and overlooked beautiful scenery located within the hotel. The kids enjoyed the lap pool and the play kids water zone. They also enjoyed the small arcade. The restaurant 24 was fantastic. We used the bar to take food back to our room which we are as a family and watched movies. We will be visiting the hotel again soon. Not to mention the price was great!

Took a spontaneous trip to Lancaster, PA to visit the market and just relax for a weekend with my daughters we had an amazing time. Pool for the baby with slides and pool for the big girls. Rooms where amazingly clean and nicely furnished. And the staff very nice people. Oh and we can't forget the most amazing cookie to greet :)

We recently stayed at this hotel after a trip to Dutch Wonderland. The hotel was very clean and comfortable. The pool area was wonderful for infants, toddlers, and older children.

I went with friends. We are recent college graduates and the Double Tree and Willow Valley offered enough to keep us busy! The golf course is lovely and the pools are very well kept. I have been visiting the hotel since I was a child, and never once had a poor experience. The room was very clean and the staff is extremely nice. Visiting the Double Tree and their sister hotel, Willow Valley, is always enjoyable. I would recommend this to anyone.

My family stayed in this hotel last year under the previous management and enjoyed it very much. This year my wife and I came back to stay. Since last year the hotel has been considerably refurbished and updated under the new ownership. While the 'family' management is gone, the service is professional and courteous, the common areas are very nice, the pool areas are improved, and the room we stayed in was beautifully appointed with a luxurious bathroom and comfortable bed. This is a very nice hotel!

Parking for the handicapped was adequate. We liked the size of the beds, Breakfast was reasonable and well priced. The room was clean and it smelled clean and sanitized (no tobacco smell). Front desk staff were very helpful with maps and directions to attractions. The shower curtain should be longer in the bathroom to prevent floor flooding. Directions on how to turn on the hot tub should be placed by the timer.Overall we had a great time and Doubletree hotel will definitely be one of our favorites.

we would never return to this hotel. the so called inside water park was a joke and the area smelled so bad. the inside water park was the main reason we stayed there at that hotel.there was only one outside pool for two hotels. the food was bland and over priced. the room was dirty. [...] usually when you go to a hotel they have brochures out showing you want is in the area of things to do and see, they had nothing.
