Hotel is nice and room was pretty good (except for doorless shower). But we went on wrong weekend. Entire hotel was completely overrun by 9-12 year olds from Friday evening through Sunday, everywhere we went. There’s some giant sport complex just up the road. Kids were loud and rude, yelling and carrying on, butting in front of people at breakfast, running down hallways at night and knocking on doors. Parents and coaches did nothing and didn’t give a crap. Hotel staff was nice but failed to talk to parents and coaches or control the situations. Ruined our stay there. The exercise room has a sign that children under 16 must be supervised by an adult. We felt that should apply to the whole hotel, at least if the child is not well behaved or mature enough to conduct themselves in a courteous manner.

This had to be the cleanest hotel in the area. The room is nicely decorated and it made it feel more like a home than a hotel. The staff are very friendly and willing to help. An asset to the business. Breakfast is decent. We had short drives to wherever we needed to go. I'll definitely book at this hotel again.

It was a great experience we loved our stay. The staff were very friendly. The breakfast was great with variety but I suggest to have specific rooms for pets because our room smells like dogs.

My family and I fully enjoyed our time in Townplace Suites. It was clean, convenient, good morning breakfast buffet options, pool, gym etc. our favorite part of this hotel was the bbq area! We came for a basketball tournament so to have this really saved us money on food and quality time to get to know other families. All in all a great time. Thank you again for having us and being so hospitable.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Rooms were large and comfortable with many amenities. Hotel was located centrally to many restaurants, stores, and local activities. Would definitely stay here again and recommend this hotel to others!

Almost great

I was excited to stay in this brand new hotel that had rave reviews and much of it was warranted. The room was comfortable and spacious and clean. But the thing that bothered me was that the third floor hallway was never tended from Monday to Thursday. Former guests had left small scraps of paper and safety pins and torn off candy bar, wrappers, and each night when I returned they were still there. Also, the public women’s room on the first floor had scraps of toilet paper all over the floor by the toilet. Cleanliness matters to me, everywhere. And while my room was spotless, I just wish more public spaces had been tended to carefully and repeatedly.

This hotel and staff are amazing especially JIM. ( Give him a raise he goes above and beyond expectations) He is my absolute favourite!! So when I first called to inquire about checking in early I was shocked to hear him so bubbly at 1230am and I was able to check in early with no problems. When I realised I needed to stay with this gorgeous hotel another week. Jim was able to get me in the same room. But honestly it’s not the fact that Jim was able to do things for me. It’s because Jim seems like he really enjoys helping people and truly making the guests stay enjoyable. Because I’m sure dealing with people all the time can not be easy but he handles everything with care and thought. A little about the room: The way that the room is decorated is gorgeous. It’s a studio and it could work for 2 people.You have 2 huge windows, pretty big closet, massive bed. The kitchen area is amazing too bc there’s a stove, you have dishes, utensils, nice size refrigerator, and the bathroom is stunning. There’s a great size couch and desk. It really is home away home This place gets 10s across the board. I have loved every minute of my stay here. And would recommend this place a million times over!! Love, Love, Love.
