Our room was very clean and the bathroom as well. But just a couple of things even though there were small that make a difference for a traveler. The pillows were very cheap. The foam kind that you never can get a good rest with. Thank goodness we brought our own. There was no blanket on the bed. We had to cover up with a bedspread and I just don’t like doing that because I’m sure they don’t wash it after every person leaves. The sink was outside of the bathroom and there was literally nowhere to put our toiletries. There was not enough counter space at all. Our biggest problem, though, was when we wanted to speak to someone directly at the hotel, and there was no way to get to the hotel with the phone numbers that were listed. We ended up speaking to one of the people in reservations and she gave us a direct line to the hotel. They didn’t accept responsibility for the fact that we could not get to them. And the final issue was there was no elevator to the second floor. It was stairs only, so carrying your luggage up and down those stairs was not convenient.
