I could not stay here and ended up leaving that same day. When I arrived, I realized it was not what I expected. The lobby was very clean, and that is the one positive thing I can say. I had reserved a room with two queen beds, but when I finally got into the room, there was only one queen bed, and the room had a strange smell. When I went to ask about my reservation, I was told that was the only room they had available and that it was what showed in their system. Unfortunately, my experience was not a good one. I hope everyone else’s experience is much better.

DO NOT STAY HERE, NOT SAFE!! Completely disgusting excuse of a hotel. Not only would I not recommend, I would STRONGLY recommend people avoid it (DANGEROUS)!! The people who stay there are long term section 8 housing. There is a lot next door that 40-60 people party at night, there were beer bottles and vomit everywhere in the morning. The rooms were horrendous, the pool wasn’t open, and as I’ve said multiple times, this place was NOT safe. If you’re coming to visit Lancaster do much more research on hotels, because there are plenty of nicer/safer ones there. This was is the LOWEST OF THE LOW! We will be forwarding this information to chamber of commerce of Strasburg. ** LOTS OF FIRE CODE VIOLATIONS AS WELL **
