Old and run down.

Felt very unsafe door connecting rooms was unlocked. Room smelled of mold. No microwave in room mini fridge did not work. Pillows was vey thin mattress felt like I was sleeping on the floor.

It was disgusting. Cigarette burns in the sheets and beds, poop, urine and hair on the toilet. Dirty towels left on the floor, paint coming off the walls, tv doesn't work. Worst hotel i have ever been been to in my life.

We had to change three room the last room I finally get I had to clean it my self there were no other room by the time it was 10 pm had no choice the bed broken the water in bath tub was filling up.All under the bed food form guest before us , the fridge a mess . Mold , mildew tissue stock on wall , carpet mess that room 221 was horrible. Don't even mention 179 out side the door dirty linens room was never clean. Apparently no cleaning crews lot empty room but they all in a mess .Oh the best part of all in the hallway by the stairs there was human Feces. So we got be careful when walking at night no light. Finally every day we had to get a new key the key never work so we have to rush back before 11 pm to make sure to get into room ,That was adventure of clarion INN . Ho ho one of the guest was getting high right in the lobby.

The property was clean looking. However, it was a bit difficult figuring out how to navigate the property to park near my room. Keep in mind that may have been because it was dark as I arrived around midnight. But overall I had no complaints.

The place was awful. Will never stay there again, dirty grounds not maintained staff was not very helpful.

Parking for handicap in front of my room was not available to me. TV was not working properly. I did inform the front desk staff. They were not able to help me with either issue. I was already unpacked and ready for bed to watch TV., so moving me to another room was not acceptable since it was too late (After midnight [12:00am])

This property is extremely run down, dirty, and unsafe. There is no restaurant unlike its advertisement suggests. It is understaffed. Our toilet overflowed in the middle of the night and we could not get a maintenance man to come to the room. No one was available for check out for more than 30 minutes. The area is also unsafe and there agrees no lights in the parking lot. DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL!

I like good . Everything was good can’t complain about it

Outside of motel was in bad condition,inside of room needed repair.

Thank you for letting us know about your stay. I am sorry about the ceiling in the lobby, We had an unfortunate roof leak and it is taking some time to deal with the issue and repair. After a extremely hard time in our industry we are trying our best to get back to speed and bring everything back. We will continue to work hard and use guest feedback for additional training and to address any maintenance issues that may have been overlooked. Our goal at Hammock Hotels is to provide a clean and comfortable place to stay.

Thank you for letting us know about your stay. We are addressing the problems through out the hotel during our transition. With a down turn in people working and finding staff over the past year we took a very hard hit. We are excited of our changes we are making and will continue to make. Our goal is a clean room at a value price. I will continue to share feedback from the guest with the staff for training purposes and also to address the issues so they can be corrected and fixed.

The property was clean looking. However, it was a bit difficult figuring out how to navigate the property to park near my room. Keep in mind that may have been because it was dark as I arrived around midnight. But overall I had no complaints.
