I stayed a month ago and other than not having any soap in my room and being told there isn't any available in the hotel until Monday my family and I enjoyed the stay. The hotel is great but Orbitz and Marriott let me down by not giving me any way to cancel my reservation. Orbitz search defaults to the future and I was trying to reserve a room last month. I reserved but realized too late it was in the future and both companies referred me to each other to cancel and neither could "help" me. This review is for tonight but I'm at home Never using orbitz again and not very happy with Marriott.
Very convenient to the American Music Theater. Always stay here when I am going to a show there. Very friendly staff
The complementary breakfast was good. The room was very small with torn carpeting and scraped walls.
Due to covid-19 there was minimal encounters with the staff and other guests. I did not partake of the breakfast as the hours was not convenient. I stayed for 2 nights and on the first morning when I went down to the breakfast area there was nothing but cold cereal left. So I had a cup of coffee and went elsewhere to find breakfast.
The continental breakfast was not how I remembered it. I remember there use to be bagels and waffles. For the three nights we stay, there was only scrambled eggs & bacon as a hot breakfast option each morning.
This hotel is very clean and modern. What I didn’t like was the check in process. I reserved two rooms under my name , orbitz required me to put down a second traveler, as a result the staffs only check in one room for me instead of two. That delay my check in process.
The room was very clean and the front desk staff was very friendly and helpful! I understand due to COVID about signing up for time slots to use the pool-we did. It was cloudy and 65 degrees. The complimentary breakfast buffet consists of packaged breakfast sandwiches (need to be microwaved in your room), toasted bagels and English muffins, cereal and yogurt. The website should indicate limited breakfast buffet. The staff serving was very rude-no Good Morning or what can I get you. The server said ‘what do you want?’ in an aggressive manner. The housekeeping was also equally rude.

This is a great property located steps from the outlets and across the street from Dutch Wonderland. Dutch Wonderland was the reason for our trip and there is a traffic light to cross close to the entrance that leads you to the entrance of the park. The staff at the hotel was great. From check in, to requests for extra towels and blankets, they were great. The room was modern and clean. We will be staying again when we visit the area again.
