We had to move the beds apart to fit the wheelchair and there was trash under the beds. The room was very small and it was hard to maneuver the wheelchair and we couldn't fit a hoyer lift in it. The complimentary breakfast consisted of bagels which couldn't even be eaten if you used a hammer! When throwing away the one we picked up we noticed about 10 others in the trash. There was a lot of noise from outside of the room and outside in the parking lot. I had set up to pay upon arrival but before we got there we got an email asking us to check in and register online which I did but when we got there we were told that online stuff didn't go through and that they had recently changed their procedures so I had to prove my identity and my credit information again. Check out time was 11am however they deactivated our key card at 10:30 while we were still taking our stuff out to our vehicle. We had to find a way to prop the door open. When we left there was no one at the front desk.

They hold $75 for deposit even after paid room charges. The money also will delay 6-7 business days. I never pay deposit before wherever I stayed. This was not uncomfortable me

The hallways smelled skunky when we arrived and our room also had a strange odor. There was a stain on my comforter and the beds were not comfortable. It was a cheap hotel, and I guess we got what we paid for. I won’t stay there again though.

Stay was fine...however checked out early due to a snow storm. Tried to get a refund. Expedia tried, but the hotel is claiming we stayed the full two days is when we did not and checked out a day early. I Was told by the front desk to contact Expedia for a refund. Expedia called them and denied us checking out early. Very disappointing.
