The room was very dirty, bedspread had dirt marks, bathroom had huge dust balls, there was suppose to be a breakfast, no breakfast available, but online it said breakfast was included. They made us sign when checking in about no breakfast but we already prepaid. The Book in room said breakfast was included. Coffe pot in room didnt work. Coffe pot in lobby didnt work. Fridge started to fall out of cabinet. Dogs barking all night. Bed was very uncomfortable and shower and toliet were dirty. We will never stay there again. It was a horrible experience. When i told the front desk, they didnt care.

I get that the COVID-19 virus is a great excuse for the facility to NOT offer certain amenities do THEY SAVE MONEY ON YOUR STAY but THEY had the Gall to say (eventhough they have a roadside sign stating continental breakfast and HBO) they can't do continental breakfast because people can't be within 10 feet of each other although it's 6 feet and they can't offer HBO because of the virus really you can't offer HBO and any premium channel on your television the TV had like 10 basic channels none of which were really more than home shopping networks and because of the virus quarantine you can't go anywhere then the staff would blame the virus for everything. They're in a service business and they didn't even try toeven try to offer alternatives to a continental breakfast like box cereal and and a little carton of milk in your room they could have done a lot of things to show that the amenities they state on their GIANT ROAD SIGN were available OR TAKE DOWN THE CHANGEABLE SIGN... instead they were very condescending and very Curt in their reply... everything was look at the sign look at the sign they had signs at the front desk stating that the coronavirus made it impossible for them to give you the amenities that you were promised the room was nice but everything else you were paying for you got none of and the staff was not too friendly. I won't be going back.

The price. It was nice and affordable and in an excellent location for restaurants.

Front desk clerk was mean. Dryer not working when I needed it badly. No one attempted to make it better for me.

It was close to our recreation activity that was planned for the weekend it was dirty the floor didn’t look swept or mopped in the room the sheets were Stained and also the covers had black grease marks on them when the staff was notified they did come and change the beds but put the dirty sheets on top of the clean sheets after the bed was remade the microwave in the room had no glass plate in it when the door to the room was closed you could see the hallway lights around the door frame there was also adjacent rooms that had no doorknobs on them and were covered in duck tape and you could also see the light in the room behind the closed doors

Spacious room, very clean and front desk people were pretty nice.

Good gave us few minutes extra to check out due to our delayed buggy ride

The shower in our room was leaking inside the wall and running out into the room.

I complain Hotel dont put alarms fire for Deaf peoples . Should put for alarms Flash 😕

Conveniently located and easy access to restaurants, shopping, and the Millenium Theater.

Start with I will stay here again. It was a nice hotel in a good area. Very close to everything yet off the main drag so it was quiet. We attempted to check in early and they do not allow it. So we found something to do. Came back and staff was very friendly. Easy check in. They were finishing cleaning the hallway which left me happy they were cleaning. Walked in the room. It was clean for the most part. The drawers were dirty. People had left garbage in some of the drawers. Bed, floor, and bathroom were clean. Second day we left early and expected our room to be fitted by the time we got back (2-3pm). It was not. We put the do not disturb sign out as we were taking a nap, yet they knocked and tried to come in. Overall we had a good stay. Few minor fixes would be nice. Again I will stay again!

the water in the bath tub dribbled all night long, found some weird bug under the mattress of one of the beds, water stains on the ceiling-3 each..is there mold up there?

There were several large water stained on the ceiling that had clearly been there for quite some time. Although the housekeeper seemed pleasant, he would only throw the top blanket over the pillows on the beds (not actually making the bed) and neglected to change the sheets despite having a stain visible.
