We stayed in late September 2025 for our anniversary. We had an invaluable housekeeping staff during our stay. The front desk staff was also courteous. We had a delicious dinner at the hotel restaurant. The other restaurant that served breakfast only had great options, including a buffet or à la carte. We would stay there again.

The suite was SO small, no closet space or room for bags. Don't pay more for a suite, it is absolutely not worth it. The sound on the windows was really poor -- could hear EVERYTHING happening outside. Clearly not double-paned windows which they should be given the room faces the busiest thoroughfare in downtown Lancaster.

The elevators were terrible, I had to wait a really long time and when the elevator arrived, I had to wait again because there was no room. Apparently, they only had one elevator working. There were signs to validate parking, yet I was told they don't validate parking so why have the signs up. Not exactly worth the amount of money charged.
