Front desk customer service was absolutely horrible. Had some issues with them holding a 50 deposit what makes no sense terrible we will not ever stay at the hotel ever again . Need to front desk customer service nicer people or some training

Traveling with our two small dogs was easy. Access to the outside thru the side door was not the best. The key card did not always open the door. Very timely and cold! Room was clean and right down the hall from the checkin. Breakfast was maintained well with a good selection. Hot coffee and tea available during the day. This was our 2nd stay during vacations. The front desk was courteous, the breakfast was good, the rooms were spotless. Great value. My only concern was that they asked for a credit card "for incidentals" and put a $50 charge in it which is still there 2 days later! Why do they have a right to charge us money "in case" we have "incense tails" then have to wait 3-5 days for the charge to be reversed according to the desk. Hmmmm

The staff was super nice and helpful. The hotel is dated which is not what the pics showed but not the worst I’ve been in. The hotel room served its purpose so I got what I paid for. Again nothing wrong with the staff as they were very pleasant and helpful with information and helping with the hotel door keys because they kept not working for some reason. Would I stay here again? Maybe.
