The woman at the front desk was not very welcoming. When we arrived, she was on her phone and it took her a little bit to acknowledge us. I was having some trouble using the key and on my third time having to go back to the front desk to tell her it wasn’t working, she comes with me to try and when i did it wrong, she take the card out of my hand and shows me how to do it. This upset me because she could have explained to me how to use it when i went to tell her it wasn’t working the first time!! The room wasn’t up to par. There were long black hairs in the bed and all over the bathroom when we arrived and nobody in my party has black hair. The carpet and bathroom were dirty and the bathroom especially was very dusty. The air conditioning in the room worked very poorly and we kept having to get up to adjust it which was very annoying and inconvenient. All of the doors and furniture had visible damage and the beds seemed to have broken springs that made them very uncomfortable & lumpy. We got a room with two queen beds and each bed only had two pillows which we thought was strange and didn’t enjoy very much. We woke up very early because the thin curtains let so much light into the room. The cleanliness of the room and halls put a very sour taste in my mouth so i was very apprehensive of the breakfast. When we went out to see how it looked, the eating area was extremely crowded and there was nowhere for us to sit even if we wanted to. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone
