Flight was late taking off, which was most likely an airport problem. Flight was late landing which was a suspected brake issue. The luggage was very late being loaded off of the plane which is a Spirit issue I would think.

As long as y’all don’t start charging economy passengers for their carry on I am happy. Thanks for the great service

The check-in scale at the Logan Airport (Boston) was broken and I paid for the over-weight fee... turned out my bag was NOT overweight BUT the nice lady at the counter did reimburse me.
