Flights Review

Mar 4, 2020

There were very few of us, an early flight and so I got to sit in First Class....was very kind.

Mar 2, 2020

Had an issue with my bag not sure why it was pulled off the conveyor belt once the bags were released for pick up. So I spent more time waiting until someone finally was able to inform me where the bag was located

Feb 18, 2020

Flight got diverted to Houston due to fog in New Orleans, but we were taken care of.

Dec 14, 2019

Flight attendant in the rear of the cabin was extremely nice! Made me feel like I was in first class :)

Sep 8, 2019

Super easy check-in and I got a great seat without evening paying extra for an assigned seat !!! :)

Aug 15, 2019

They were very attentive to my needs. It’s hard when you have a disability, but they made me very comfortable.

Jul 10, 2019

Passenger sitting behind me kept kneeing me in the back and also kicked me in the feet. My feet were placed directly in front of me. So your seating spacing is horrible for people of large stature and size inconveniencing others. I had a painful ride.

Jun 18, 2019

The time went by so fast, flying from to Chicago to New Orleans! I'm sticking with American. Just missed a rainstorm and I'm safe in my hotel.

Jun 10, 2019

Only negative—Picking up bag afterward took a half hour—this was a very long time

Dec 29, 2018

The flight was fine. Car rental thru orbitz was a disaster. I paid for 3 days but only got 2 days of rental. When I printed out the itinerary it omitted the price per day so I could not prove days paid for other than the fact they charged me for 3 days of insurance. I felt ripped off and would not recommend using this service to anyone.
